First the positive: Friendly staff made it easy and quick to obtain a unit…read more Issues we had: 1. The promised promotional price did not happen, and had to be manually adjusted. 2. Twice the auto-pay stopped when there was a change of monthly rate, (perhaps as a result of the manual adjustments) and we had to receive a courtesy call that our bill was unpaid. 3. Our regular rate of $135 only lasted four months before increasing to $151 for 4 months, then to $205 for six months. Calling them to point out the rapid rise did not result in an adjustment. $269 was the next hike for 9 months before the next jump to $320, at the 25th month, when we finally said enough. 4. A request for a new weather strip at the bottom of the garage door early on took many months, and only after constant agitation was it finally scheduled and completed. All of the above is factual.

She was extremely kind and helpful, asked me questions that helped choose a unit that would best suit my needs. She picked one close to the elevator so I didn't need to walk far, which I really appreciated. The guy covered every detail and answered every question before I could ask it, he was kind, professional & very informative. As for the actual storage, you will not find a more safe, secure, clean and well kept facility. I was extremely impressed with the actual facility and my space was immaculate. Each building contains 2 carts they allow you to use at no extra charge, so I did not need to purchase my own. The climate controlled unit, cleanliness, helpful & professional staff and security are well worth the money. The prices feel reasonable, I feel safe here, and aside from some rough spots in the pavement, I don't have any complaints. Management has been exceptional. I especially love that I can text with someone. That little convenience alone has made my life easier. One side of the property has been repaved and looks great. Some of the other roads around the units are still a little rough, but I like this place enough that I'm perfectly happy just hoping they get around to fixing those when they can. It's a pretty minor complaint compared to everything they do right. What really makes this place stand out to me are all these little personal touches. The office area is decorated and actually feels welcoming, there are flowers around the property with cute decorative signs. It just feels like somebody genuinely cares about the place. I'm really happy I found them!
