We had originally planned to move earlier and scheduled with Secure Moving. We had to cancel. Julie with Secure Moving was very accommodating. As soon as we knew our new date we were rescheduled and on our way! Our movers, Jacob, Bear, and Blake were efficient and at the same time very careful with our furniture. They carefully wrapped most of the items and followed our instructions regarding where things were to go. We definitely plan on using Secure Moving for our next permanent move!

He identified the damage and said "I popped it (the bumper) back in. After texting multiple times over several weeks about how to file a claim and if he reached out to U-Haul he finally tells me they denied the claim. I got three bids and presented to Tim. I also authorized my employer to pay him the balance of the move trusting that as a Christian man he would do the right thing and pay for the repairs. Even after damaging my car, I gave them a few hundred dollars to treat themselves to a steak dinner. This is what I get for being nice!! Tim has given every excuse imaginable to delay paying for the damage to my vehicle. Likely because he doesn't want to pay or can't pay, regardless neither of these circumstances are my problem. He said that he would check with mechanics in KC!! I live in TX which is where the damages occured and where I will have a warranty on the repairs. I cannot help that repairs on my vehicle cost more in TX than they may cost in KC...again not my problem. I am taking legal action against this company and warning everyone about this company. The first one was simple, hire a couple of teenage cousins looking for some end of summer money. The second one turned out to be even easier - we rented a 12 yard dumpster from U-Load-It Dumpsters. After checking reviews and calling a few listings in our area, we found that U-Load-It was the most reasonably priced, locally owned, and 10 minutes away! Now that's a great combination. Their communications were flawless (both on the phone and through email) - friendly, concise, and understandable. Our dumpster was delivered exactly on time, placed exactly as we wanted, and the driver took the time to school us on how to operate the door and load level. Pick up was exactly when promised. And there was no trash on the driveway or damage to either the surrounding lawn or driveway. Recommendation? We plan to use them again whenever the need arises, and recommend them whenever possible.

I didn't need the dumpster for 7 days so I called them to ask them to come pick up sooner. They picked it up the same day I called. I will definitely use them again in the future. They do send you a text when they are on their way which is very helpful.
