I have had a unit with them for about 2 years and there have only been 2 managers at this location since I've been there. Neither one of them was really trained to provide any type of customer service 4 and as far a people skills they both have had zero The newest lady manager has threatened me cussed at me and down right has in my opinion gotten off on bullying me. My rent rate has tripled in the last year and a half all while the maintenance and up keep of the facility has drastically declined. I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone I know read more

Think Twice! My items were housed for a year at this location and it was great until they changed the doors on the units. We were told that our items would be secured and there would be no need to be there, this was incorrect! When moving my items from the unit I noticed my items were missing and I had inherited some items that were not mine. The property management was semi interested when I returned the items not belonging to me, but said he couldn't help me locate my stuff, but the true disappointment came as reports have been filed with their insurance company, corporate off and the district manager. NO ONE HAS FOLLOWED UP AND ONE SEEMS TO CARE MY ITEMS ARE MISSING!!!! All I want is my voice to be heard and an action to take place. I'm not just going to give up or go away!!! History

Established in 1972.

The first Public Storage building opened in El Cajon California, but the new business was only supposed to be temporary. Two partners pioneered the concept as a way to use their real estate investment while they waited for the Southern California community to take off and value of their land to grow. They kept building, and people continued to fill their units. Eventually the pair realized that self-storage was here to stay, and they never looked back. Today, there are thousands of neighborhood Public Storage locations to choose from, many right around the corner from you.
