They charge you late fees even if you're on autopay, Because they can't seem to figure out how to get it into their computer. They charge you insurance on your units. Whether you want it or not, you provide them with documentation. You have homeowners insurance.They can't manage to get it input into their computer. They tell you the district manager will call you multiple times and he never does. Absolutely.The worst storage the company I have ever done business with. She asked me when I was going to stop by and I said within 20 minutes. She stated that she was going to leave to take a lunch, but did not want to take off until I arrived, to verify the access code would work. That really impressed the heck out of me that someone would put off taking a lunch to make sure that I did not have any problems with my new rental.

Buy the extra insurance if you have expensive, heavy or bulky items. The guys wrapped everything…read moreand tried but a lamp, coffee table and leather chair were completely destroyed. $0.60 per lb didn't even begin to cover the $3000 I paid for the items, they took $50 off the bill vs me fight the insurance for $120. My date was scheduled to make sure they had a light job in the AM, as I told them I had big heavy items. The 3-4 hour estimate turned into 6 and they were unloading until 8:30pm after not getting there until 2:30 vs 12:00 quoted. They worked really hard but were exhausted after 2 big jobs. The truck was packed poorly causing the damage.
