Broken into and robbed twice…read more Never thought I would have to write a review for a storage company, but my trailer has been broken into twice. Once by another tenant. Second time someone cut through the fence and broke into three other trailers. Not a safe place to keep your belongings. To make it even worse, they don't reimburse for your loses or offer any sort of help, despite raising rents. There insurance doesn't cover you for anything. Please avoid at all costs and put your money somewhere else.

Additionally, during my last several visits, the main gate was left open, allowing unrestricted access to the property. I should have read the reviews before I decided to rent there.

He pulled up right next to my vehicle when I stopped to go into my unit. When I stepped on the gas and promptly left the premises, he followed me out. I called the business the next morning and was told that they were aware that the man was waiting in their parking lot. The person I spoke to showed no alarm or concern about the incident.

The bill is due the first of the month; however, they do not send monthly statements, bills, or even reminders. If you pay the bill on the 1st (the due date), they will charge a $10 fee. Again, the units are nice, but if anything goes wrong, I wouldn't count on the service. I would recommend looking at all untils in the area before settling on this one.
