Rent has increased 3 times, elevators broken for over a week and now have to pay extra for 24 hour access.

Kiosk broken, very difficult to get a hold of a manager, they disable your access, difficult to get a hold of someone , they keep the AC off or at minimal levels so it's often hot or they claim the AC is broken, bottom line this needs better management or don't choose public storage read more

Beware of this storage facility. They will start you at a reasonable monthly rate and then raise the rate by about 40% a year. I started off in May 2021 at $115 per month. Every spring they raised the rate, April 1, 2024 it was raised to $267 per month. I had to move my belongings as that is way too much for a sporadically cooled "climate controlled" facility. My unit was 10' x 10'. Don't get me started about the quality of their climate control. There are much better options close by. Never again with Public Storage. read more

First off, this space is not temperature controlled. I tried calling multiple times about it, and no one would ever answer. Then they raised my rent $60 a month after I had only been there a few months. Then I moved out on August 30 and they still charged my card! Now I conveniently can't get ahold of anyone to get that refund. This place is a nightmare. Go anywhere else. read more

Besides jacking the rental rates up on a frequent basis, BOTH elevators are out at this location (and have been for at least 3 weeks). Hopefully management is monitoring Yelp. I haven't received a call back through normal channels. read more

So far so good. I rented this unit in the middle of the night online and went to the wrong location to check in. That location called Cindy here who was expecting me and showed me around upon arrival I love the touchfree everything even door access. Very spacious and quiet for my meditaion and exercise time between appointments. read more

Great location with a lovely staff! I pay my bill in person (I know...way behind the times), and Cindy always remembers me without fail. My unit is in California, but as of COVID, I've been in TX and she has been very helpful. Bailey is new to the office, and is just delightful! Do not let them put you on the third floor. I have two units at this location. I have rented here for two years. The people at the desk are always nice, but the real issue with the property is the climate control. In the two years I've rented here, the A/C has been broken every time I go. Last summer, the thermostat said 90 degrees on one occasion. And today, the thermostat read 85 degrees, which is 10 degrees warmer than outside! I have made several calls and left messages for the district manager, but no one returns my calls. The air conditioner runs, and is set at 76, but it never gets down to 76. Every time I have visited, the temperature has been stuck at 85 or higher. If I wanted an 85-90 degree environment for my things, I would have rented from a much cheaper facility. read more

I had to work and was on a tight schedule and she offered to stay late, after business hours, and make sure that I was able to rent my storage space before the end of that day! This location is an absolute disaster. Rates are raised arbitrarily and without 30 days notice. Security is lax, propped open doors all the time. A/C works about 1/4 of the time. And to top it all off, this location flooded during Harvey (understand no control over that). While we were on site today addressing the damage to our unit we were unceremoniously told to leave the property. Everyone was. They cited "safety concerns" but no specifics. The floors had no more water on them than what builds up on a busy rainy day. Now we are told they don't know when it will re open. All the while, my belongings are rotting. What was dry is now absorbing moisture and I am prevented from addressing that. Of course there is no rational organized communication from the company, just a lost single person at the desk. We are leaving and will NEVER do business with PS again. I recommend you deal with a locally or regionally owned storage business. read more
