If I could give no stars I would. I moved in in March and was told that they had just had an increase and it would be sometime before I had one..one month later they increased from $216 to $248.50 for a 10X10. I went and spoke to the manager and he was so rude and obnoxious. I told him that if they couldn't make some kind of adjustment, I would move and he said that was fine I could do what I wanted to. He is seldom on the premises..I had to wait three days to see him at that time. He is arrogant and has poor customer relations qualities. I did move the next month to Star Storage near by who charged me $109 a month for the same identical storage unit. They couldn't be more accommodating and polite! Whatever you do, don't go to Extra Space and do not believe a thing that say. read more

WE rented a storage unit for a client under our name. When the client needed to move out they charged the client and us for the full month. Double dipping much? Also - how could someone else pay on our unit? The attendant was argumentative, rude and refused to answer direct questions. Crappy customer service and thieves as far as I'm concerned. read more

We moved here from Vegas, and were recommend here by a friend! We had our unit for over a year, and never once had an issue contacting someone or getting assistance! The guy that works up front is the best! He told us so much about the local area and always asked how we were when we'd see him! Reserved units online and by 9:35 am the next morning I received a call from the management. They thanked me for my reservation and made an appointment for me to come look at the units. They did not push any size on me and cautioned me on going to large but suggested that if I did I could move down the next month. The rental process was fast and friendly! read more

I reserved a unit online and received a call thanking me and asking when I would like to come look at the facility and rent the unit. I made appointment for the next day the manager was prompt and very friendly. She showed me the unit and all the amenities before asking me to sign anything. Extra Space Storage is a wonderful place to store your belongings! From the moment I first visited Extra Space Storage the staff (Jodie, Mary, and David) have been more than helpful! They answered all of my questions and concerns regarding renting a space. The facility is very clean, secure, and easily accessible from four different secure doors. Security: Cameras located inside hallways, at elevators, and outside facility; every renter has their own security code; security code access at all four doors; well lit both outside and inside facility. Jodie, the manager, is always on the premises, very attentive to concerns, and very helpful! David showed me my unit when I first came to check out Extra Space Storage. He was very professional, helpful, and answered all my questions and more about the facility. Mary is absolutely wonderful! She has a great personality, I always felt that she was helping me find the best storage space to fit my needs, she was very patient with me as I decided, and super knowledgable about the facility and services!
