if i could give zero stars, i most definitely would! let's…read moresee....where to begin...with lots of cons: 1. the hours that are posted here on the website are a joke! there are no hours posted at all on the door! how convenient for the useless mgr., chad, who doesn't answer the phone, no matter the hour or day called!! 2. he's only been in the office 1 time when i went to speak with him about getting the regional vp's phone number, which he wouldn't give me. he said he'd call his district mgr., & the d. m. would relay the message to the r. v. p. that i wanted to speak w/ him about the huge problem i had w/ chad! 3. chad said that it's, "corporate policy to always leave two (2) keys!" but, obviously chad isn't all that big on being a "corporate policy kinda guy" because there was only 1 key in the unit when i entered for the 1st time! 4. this "only 1 key left in the unit" fact was witnessed by the gentleman who came to help me into my unit because chad was "on his lunch break @ 3 p.m.". this man told me, as did 3 others, that chad goes on his lunch break @ 3 p.m. quite often & never comes back nor does he answer the phone as i witnessed! 5. i left several messages, getting the same b. s. message about "returning calls @ the earliest possible time...." & didn't reply to 3 urgent calls!!.... **i needed to get into my unit that day because i had a 20 foot uhaul rented & was supposed to head out of ga by nightfall with all of my items from my storage unit that day....yep, that day but chad never came back to work! i was there for hours trying to figure out how the heck i was going to get into my unit with the one (1) key i had that didn't work!? 6. the gentleman who helped me get into my unit the 1st & only time texted chad, asking for a return text but never received one, as i was standing within 10 feet of him while trying his very best to get chad to do as requested....text him back. this man then called chad & left a detailed message telling him that i'd been there for several hours trying to get into my unit & wanting him to return my calls (three--3) but i never received a single reply from chad! chad finally called him back & i took his phone, speaking with chad about why he wasn't in the office during "so called office hours" & he never would answer my repeated question..... "why aren't you in the office during what "should be normal business hours?" he said that sundays & mondays were his days off & i asked him who his back up person(s) is/were & he said there wasn't anyone available to help customers out of his two...two...2 days off!! really??!! no one to "mind the story for well over 48 hours??!! what??!! what public storage company (no pun intended) doesn't have an employee on duty when the mgr. has 2 days off, leaves @ 3 p.m. quite often, etc? i know, i know..... "public storage" on old dixie hiway, forest park, ga does.... no employee for anyone to help any customer for well over 48 hours!! 7. even more of an issue (if that's even possible) is about the horrible condition the round locking mechanism was in when i tried to get in (same issue on other units too) there's rust in the bottom of the lock & if there's rust there's obviously an issue, 1 where i couldn't even open the lock no matter how many jiggles, moving the door up & down a tad bit, having someone else see if they had the "magic touch, all the while holding their mouth right while standing on 1 foot" but....nope, a man who has the same issue w/ his lock tried but to no avail.... 8.chad told me i could call a locksmith & have the rusted, broken cylinder lock bored out, at my expense!! really??!! my expense when i could have used my 2nd key.... oh, that's right... i was only given one (1), going against corporate policy, per chad's converstion w/ me.... i'd say, wouldn't you?? i did call 2 locksmiths, & it would have cost me $150, which i didn't have because gas have just gone up to close to $4 per gallon!! 8. i had a long, expensive trip, moving a more than half empty 20 foot uhaul because i couldn't get into my unit because "chad was off & not willing to be a "customer-service oriented kinda guy", sparing 30 min. or so to come to the forest park ga, location to help a senior citizen, single lady with stage 3 cancer out..... or any backup employee who might have been "not like chad" but, maybe, maybe more customer-oriented!! nope....no back up whatsoever!! all chad kept repeating...."hire a locksmith..." why should i have to hire a lock smith when the bottom-line is... 9. if..if..if.. chad had followed "corporate policy" & left two (2) keys maybe the 2nd key, that i never, ever was given, could have opened the rusted, broken lock??!! of course, that wasn't ever known/tried because i didn't have two keys, per "corporate policy" but only one...isn't that against "corporate policy"?? just asking a very good question, wouldn't you agree?? 11. all my stuff is still in forest park, ga to no fault of my own...

Thank you Christina for your service today, I appreciate your patience, and efficiency!read more
