Three months later it raised to $81. Three months later it went up again to $90. This past month it went up again to $117. plus tax. This company is a rip off. If you call them to get answers to questions they do not call you back. There is nothing anyone needs that bad to justify that kind of price for storage. My advise sell your things when moving. Then buy new when you get to your new location. You benefit in two ways. Your not paying storage all that time and you also have new instead of used items when you relocate. Learned the elevator shuts down if doors held open too long. How do you move large heavy things off an elevator then if the doors don't stay open? Learned birds in the building can get easily electrocuted on wires and shut the entire facility down. Learned my lesson, never use a multiple floor storage unit, ever. What the heck?! That is not a referral fee. You either offer a special to the new tenant or you don't. You either pay a referral fee or you don't. What you don't do is lead people on. Keep in mind, when you look online, the one month free rent is advertised. It is not an either or situation. Extremely frustrated and feeling taken and abused by this company. The premises is in a dodgy area but is safe on the inside and clean (that's about the only nice thing to say about it). The only reason we even chose them is the closeness to our new construction and offering the same price as competitors throwing in a free truck on move out.
