Just another run of the mill business with poor customer service. Disappointed by my experience…read more Definitely will not be using again - and I would recommend others find a mom and pop storage company, or a company owned by individuals who see other individuals as human beings. I had a storage unit for 8 months at the rate of $185 per month. When it finally came time to move into my new place and retrieve my things from storage, it was the first week of the 9th month of storing my belongings at storage sense. I assumed there would be a prorated cost for moving out three weeks early- as there have been at every other storage facility I have ever used. (I am 60- I've used plenty.) I swept and dusted the unit prior to moving out, leaving it sparkly clean to ensure I could get that $138 refund allowance. As you probably guessed- I am writing this review because I did not get a prorated cost. Wether or not these things are company policy, it makes a massive difference in regards to securing long term customer relationships. In customer service, when a representative or manager meets a customer with understanding and can recognize an area where you can lose a small amount of money in order to establish a returning customer, it goes a long way- and actually benefits the company in the end. For example- now I have a load of seed for work that needs to be stored for 3+ years starting next month. Can you guess where I'm not going? The businesses I have frequented for 40+ years have made thousands off of me, near to millions. Rest assured that I'll never use this company again nor recommend it to anybody. Hell- I'll drive an hour and 20 just to give my money to individuals I like and respect - and feel respected by. And get this- These sons of bitches have rats too!

WARNING!!! DO NOT RENT A UNIT FROM THESE SCAM ARTISTS!!!!…read more I have rented from various storage facilities over the years during many moves and this is by far the WORST experience I have ever had. I rented a 5x5 unit from them but upon even moving in, even stepping foot in this facility, I realized I needed a larger unit. I called to see if I could be changed to a larger unit and was told that I'd have to just pay for BOTH units for the following month and then "move out" of a unit I have NEVER EVEN MOVED IN TO. I decided that I'd go with a different facility completely at this point and asked for my account to be closed to which I was again told I'd have to "move out" in person... MOVE OUT OF A FACILITY IVE NEVER BEEN TO?! About two weeks ago someone reached out to me about my unit saying it was red tagged or something to that nature. I said once again, I've never been to this facility, I've never been in the unit and I asked to stop being contacted and billed for this weeks ago. The man I spoke with asked if they had my "permission" to access to the unit to confirm it's empty. I told him that I don't even know how to access the unit so sure! have at! 3 days later I'm charged for the unit. The first person I spoke to said that they could see id never been there and could see that it was confirmed empty. They disconnected and when I called back I got "Darian"... she said that I won't be charged after this month but they have to "confirm" I've "moved out" so that's why I was charged again. You're joking. Everything is electronic... you know that I've NEVER been there and it doesn't take a week to determine whether I've moved out or not when I have quite literally NEVER moved in. I have disputed this with my bank and the bank is getting kickback. The charge is minimal but it's the principal of this. I'm going to pursue legal action if the charge is not reversed and I've already reported them to the BBB. Charging people for services you aren't providing them is illegal and trying to convince them that you need all this time to confirm x, y & z may work on someone who doesn't understand that all of this is electronic but it doesn't work on me. It's not bad enough y'all have had INSIDE JOB theft? You want to continue the bad reputation by charging people for things they aren't even receiving? I went with another facility and have had nothing but the BEST customer service and EASY payments, move ins, access, etc. save yourself the stress and do not even risk working with a facility that's this scummy.

Our flat bed trailer was stolen from there May 2023…read more This is a facility where you have to use a key pad to get in and there is video surveillance. Why did they not want to help when asked? Matter of fact, the Manager, Brichia, was yelling on the phone when we asked for help locating our missing property. She said among a few things that she was told not to say anything. Her, actual statement was "I had this happen before and I spoke up and got in trouble, so I was told not to say anything". That one statement alone makes me think things are stolen from there on the regular. I'm trying to warn everyone. If you value your possessions DO NOT USE THIS PLACE, THEFT, THEFT, THEFT! Your possessions are not safely kept and I'm left to wonder how someone can go in unnoticed with a key code and leave with stolen property. Just trying to help and warn other people. I would never trust a place that doesn't try to help you recover or investigate what was stolen from their lot!!!! Your property IS NOT SAFE at this facility! How is it this keeps happening?? I used a generic email to post this. If the company cares and wants to reach out and actually help us they need to respond to this post and we'll be in touch. And we're reporting this to the police as well. I'll say this... it's not hard to figure out that if you're a business owner you owe your customers a sense of empathy especially when their property is stolen from your facility. But empathy is NOT what we got. We got a very strange aggressive manager who openly admits this happens there! Please take this as a warning to anyone to values their belongings. Find somewhere else that you feel is safe! It's not going to be at this facility, our expensive possession was not safe there!
