I was able to easily book my rental over the phone shortly before my move from another town. This is the fourth storage unit place I've used in between moves, and it's by far the nicest. My unit was an interior space, which I was a little unhappy about before actually seeing it. I had thought it might be difficult to move things in and out without drive-up access, but that wasn't a problem at all thanks to the large dollies they keep available by entrances. Plus, this interior unit has been completely free of bugs and dust! Billing reminders are sent out monthly and payments can be made online. When it was time for me to move out, I just gave them a quick call to let them know. Whenever I've stopped by the office or called the staff, including a weekend evening call when I couldn't get my gate code to work, they've been super friendly and helpful. If you are looking for a really nice storage unit that is clean and safe with great staff, I highly recommend this place!

First I purchased 2 units online auction 1from this location and 1from the location on 101st after…read moreI paid for them I checked them out and it was nothing but trash and some things of 10 or 20 dollar value , as I was talking to the lady at the counter she told me it belonged to a man who passed away and his family came down and went through the unit and took what they wanted . So they knew it was full of trash and then auctioned it off to me the 2nd unit was much worse even more trash. The first unit cost me 157 dollars pluss auction fee 43 dollars plus 100 deposit then 45 to dump trash, so it was a total of 245. 2nd unit was 186.99 plus 44 auction fee plus 100 deposit and by that time I was so mad I said forget it keep my deposit and left. So I'm out almost 700 plus U-Haul fee of 109. So I wouldn't purchase another unit from them for nothing I could tell both were run through because it didn't make sense there were coin books but no coins there were baseball Becket s but no baseball cards there were gun cleaning kits but no guns. And every box was torn open and ran through . So beware of Aspen mini storage

I did not go look at it and I did not do much research. We rented from another company, we rented a climate control unit it was in a gated area but the building it was in was never locked. Our unit was broken into in a few months. We asked them to secure the building as they have other locations and the building is secure. The fence around the unit could be climbed. We tried to work with them but had no luck. All that said yesterday we went to Extra Space Storage to look at a unit, find out their security of the units and how secure the units were. As I learned my lesson to not just go online and rent a unit. The experience was amazing the Manager Joseph was a great help. ALL units are indoor and ina. Locked in area no one without access should ever be in there. I felt peoples stuff was very secure, not to say that things won't happen there is always that chance but ai don't feel that it is easy at all for it to happen. We saw the security cameras that are all around inside and we're working an a huge display screen. (Not like our other location that after it was broken into said their cameras have not been working for a while.) These units are all inside the old JC Penny's area or Promenade Mall at 41st and Yale. You drive in the gate inside the building and can get close to your unit or have a drive up unit that you can pull up too. Ours is not a drive up but very close to where you can park. They have carts inside to load and unload your vehicle or storage unit. The lock system they use is a cylinder lock and harder for it to be broken into so that was another security measure I loved.

My unit now cost more than bigger units. Total scammers. It takes alot to move your stuff in. They know this. They wait till you get all your stuff in and double your rate.
