When I first talked to Suzie the manager. There was a discount and when I asked about getting the discount. Suzie advised me that discount was 5 year's ago and it was not now being offered. Ok. I paid for climate control. I've had to talk to the office more than once about it being hot. Eventually I was told the thermostat needed to be adjusted. Ok. Next big thing is. Apparently a thief or thief's are breaking into units and there's nothing that can be done. This has happened twice or has been on going since 8/09/16. When I talked to Suzie about this. Suzie advised me that this was a problem all over the area. And she was going to have video cameras installed. AGAIN NOT TRUE!!!! Another lie Suzie!! My advice is to not rent space from Suzie at Battle Creek mini storage. They don't deliver on the truth. Instead. Go to Aspen MS. Great CS. NO BREAK IN'S you get what you pay for. They said that they were bought out and although their regular office hours are the same, drop off for shreading has changed to Mon-Fri 8:00am-3:00pm. I asked them to have their web site updated to include the weekly drop off hours so that people don't drive all the way here, after 3:00pm, only to find out their drop off hours are different than their regular office hours.
