They claim to send out a notice a month in advance, but I never received anything. Regardless, how is a post card sufficient to notifying someone of a doubling in price? They text and email me every month, and no word through either of those channels. So, I am out the extra money with No way of fighting it or getting any of it back. I am moving out of my unit because the price is way too high. I now have to store my extras in my very cramped apartment. Surprise charges are a turn-off. When I tried to escalate to customer service, they said there was nothing they could do. Stay away from renting from them unless you're alright with a sudden and major increase in your monthly fee.

How about a little warning that for all intents and purposes you are closed for a week during what I would imagine to be a pretty busy time for an indoor storage facility in Buffalo? So now all my winter clothes are locked up until the day before i go back to California.. Glad I have nothing like medical supplies I can't fly with or live without stored in there.
