Be careful. I had my unit from April of 2021 to May of 2022. During that time my rent went from $113-$133 to $186. The $113 was a special promotion but the $ 56 increase (42%) was in less than a year. The only help they would give is to close my account and stop automatic payments . These guys are bait and switch artists. Be careful. read more

We reserved our unit online and even had to move up our arrival date slightly, but our reservation process went well overall. Chris the manager and the new employee Tim that was helping us made the whole situation smooth and helpful the entire time. After comparing prices to other facilities, and having had a different storage unit last year, Public Storage came out to be the best choice in the pricing decision. When I arrived to secure a unit, the leaing agent, Tim, was seriously THE NICEST GUY! He was super friendly, accomodating, explained everything ahead of time so that I didn't NEED to really even ask questions. When we rode in the golf cart to my unit, he already had my lock and keys in hand and prepared for me. When passing another renter, he waved and said hello and was met with a big smile and hello from the man. The unit was spotless. He explained all of the paperwork thoroughly to me. And made sure before I left that my gate code worked and had me try it to open the gate. I would ABSOLUTELY send friends and family there, even if it were a little out of the way, JUST FOR THAT KIND OF SERVICE! GIVE TIM A RAISE!!!! read more

The atmosphere was quiet and serene. The storage building was clean and neat. Chris who helped me at the facility was Very helpful and informative as a employee. He is knowledgeable and showed an interest in his work. His personal information about the storage of your personal belongings was informative and helpful. I rented a storage unit from Public storage on May 30, 2019. Paid cash. I never moved into the unit, never put a lock on the unit. Less than 24 hours later I go back to cancel the unit and get a refund and the company denied my request of a refund. Public storage stole $186 from me. I did not use the until in any way. Don't go there, they'll rip you off totally!! read more

Be very careful when cancelling. Chris was great when we set up the storage unit, but kept forgetting to cancel it. We rented a parking spot from this location for several months earlier this year. We removed our vehicle early in May and canceled as of the end of May paying in full. We received confirmation via a recorded phone message that we had canceled as of the end of May. I then received a bill in June. Called the location and was told they would take care of it. Received a bill in July saying I owed for June and July. Called again and was told they were taking care of it. Today received a notice that they were selling my vehicle for money owing. The same vehicle I removed on May 12 when I canceled. Called customer service and they said my account was closed this morning.....not on the other 3 times I called them and was told it was being closed and taken care of. The other problem we had with billing was when we gave them a new credit card in March for the automatic payment, it was not entered. So I received an email saying my bill wasn't paid and charged an extra $20. We are very disappointed because we had planned on renting a spot for 7 months this winter to store our vehicle. read more
