Verizon had a trade in offer of $1000 to upgrade to the newest Galaxy. My old phone was in perfect condition and there were no issues but from my history with phones when things go bad I tend to have to upgrade immediately and they offer very little to no money for non working phones. A representative from this Verizon Wireless location called me. He told me that he saw I was interested in upgrading my phone but was wondering why I had not finalized my decision. He then asked if he could explain my options and walk me through different plans and devices. Thankfully Verizon's website has all the information you need to do everything online and explains everything very well. I truly appreciated the young man's call and if they did not close so early and charge $40 for me to come into the store I would have possibly did my upgrade in store. Either way the location provided excellent service. I strolled online for a few days trying to decide if I wanted my new phone mailed to me, have an associate come to my house and help me set it up for $40, go into the store and have someone do the upgrade also $40 or pickup the phone from the store and do it myself for free. I'm not sure when they started charging customers to come into the store for upgrades but if a phone cost over $1200 everything else should be free. I chose free and decided on having the phone placed in a locker at this Verizon location after I purchased it. I received an email once my phone was ready for pickup. I love that they have a locker pickup option and allowed me to get the phone at my convenience. When I arrived the store was closed. My pickup email gave clear instructions on how to retrieve my purchase from the locker. It was a painless process that took about 3 minutes, my phone and receipt were in a bag inside when I finally opened the locker. Although I did not have face to face contact, this Verizon location exceeded my expectations. I left feeling confident in my purchase and extremely satisfied with the service provided. I will definitely return to this store in the future if I need help with my phone or to purchase accessories.

We found out when we were severing our ties with Birch that they had lost the company (their vendor) that did their web hosting. I had spoken with that company and they were the ones that told me the reason that we had no capability to use what we had been charged for for 2+ years. THE WORST. I am saving approximately $400.00 a month after finally getting out of our contract. We are a small company. Some of the staff was good, a LOT of them are rude. It's the people behind the scenes (level 2) that were nice, and helpful. After giving the proper notice (90 days) prior to our termination day, they billed us for another month of service and even were so nice as to turn us into collections FOR SERVICES WE NEVER RECEIVED. The explanation was that there is work on their end that has to be done, even if they are not providing service. When I wrote a letter to contest the billing, it was past their policy of '30 days to dispute'. THE WORST COMPANY I'VE EVER DEALT WITH IN MY 62 YEARS THAT WASN'T AN ALL OUT SCAM.

We…read morewere even able to take our trade-ins back home to make sure everything transferred to our new phones. The issue came today when I attempted to take the trade-ins back to the store. The account is in my husband's name so the salesman wouldn't accept them, claiming he couldn't look up the account (though I had all info and my husband's SSN). I even had my new phone so he could see my number on the account but he wouldn't take them. Absolutely ridiculous - I was simply turning in phones that had already been approved for trade-in!). Now I have to make time to get back over there again after dealing with customer service to get my name added to the primary account holders so they'll accept them. Next time, we'll just order phones online and skip Verizon entirely. Not worth the hassle and time.
