My cat decided she was going to pee on the corner and we ended up just rolling up the carpet and putting it in the garage. Nearly a year later, I decided I would try to get it cleaned. I searched the online websites for carpet cleaning, and Gary promised the most thoroughly cleaned carpet ever. I promptly called him and asked if he would do something special, and he said to go ahead and drop my rug off at his house. I told him I was military and he offered me a great deal. The smell had really set, but he treated that specific spot (after thoroughly cleaning the entire rug) five times. He didn't charge me an arm and a leg, and I am extremely happy with the result. He was very flexible with working with me, and gave me an excellent deal. The level of his attention to detail is amazing. I have two dogs and two cats, and we have since left them alone in the house with the rug. None of them pay any attention to this spot, which was our true test to see if this cleaning had really worked. Even if he wasn't able to help the rug, his customer service and cleaning were amazing. I'd recommend his services to anybody. Ultimately if the smell/stain didn't come out, that would have been our fault for how long we let the rug sit after the initial infraction.
