Told her we'd just purchased and had done some remodeling. We needed a thorough cleaning from all of the construction dust. No problem she said, she gave me a quote we set a date and it was a complete scam. First off they did an absolutely horrible job, all they did was wipe some things down and mop. They didn't clean the fans or the light fixtures that were coated in filth from the scraping of the ceilings, they don't scrub the floors so we were left with paint drippings, dirty baseboards, drywall dust. They cleaned a couple windows on one side only, we have tilt ins and they never bothered to clean the other side of the window. They don't clean up above the cabinets, they don't scrape any paint or dirt off of any surface. THEN she tried jacking the price up and refused to clean upstairs even tho she didn't have to clean any of our bedrooms and only 2 out of the 4 bathrooms i'd told her we had. Waste of hundreds of dollars!!!!
