It's unbelievable at how many businesses fail to respond to a written message requesting, Price and…read moreAvailability within a reasonable time frame; On Monday morning, I sent out 6-7 messages to companies. And 52 hours later, I've gotten only 2 responses (both within 1 hour). Now, not only did Cassandra respond promptly (within 10 minutes), her response had a personal touch (it was enough to move her company to the top of the list; even had her price not been half of what the other company wanted). Even though one of the "Angels" was out on Personal Leave, she showed up several minutes ahead of the 09:00 scheduled appointment. :-) While I don't like to blow my own horn, being an almost 64 y.o. bachelor, and unlike many single men (and, from what I've heard from other house cleaners, many couples, too), I do a decent job on keeping my 2 br / 2 ba, 1,000 sq ft unit (half of a Duplex) pretty clean. But, I do need have a good cleaning done every so often (though, nearly 5 months went by since my last crew ghosted me (I found out, after texting to schedule a cleaning, that 1 of the crew, due to other commitments, could no longer do it. And, the 2nd member wrote, "either late Friday afternoon, or Saturday morning. Well, she never showed. evil). Now, I won't mention the price, as it may be subject to the size of the place. But, it did take her around 3 hours to do my place. But, overall, I'm very happy with her work, and highly recommend her to others in the Milledgeville area (I'm not sure how far she travels).

I had high hopes for this service after speaking to the owner. We discussed what we needed and were…read moreassured that it could be done the same day. 3 and a half hours after they scheduled a pick up with us they finally arrived and we gave them extra money because we had 3 extra bags of clothes to be washed. Mind you, during our initial conversation, we discussed prices and services and the amount of clothes to be washed. Once they picked up our clothes the drop off time changed to the next day, which wasn't a problem because of the size of our order. Our scheduled drop off time was 4pm, which came and went. At 6pm we called to check the status of our clothes and were told that they were almost done and our last load had just gone into the dryer. At 8pm we reached out again to see what was the holdup and were told that they were in traffic. Finally, at 10:25pm our clothes arrived and were less than satisfactory. Not to mention, they charged us an extra $125 for our clothes which totaled out to a whopping $300!!! For $300 you would think that our clothes would have been done exceptionally well! Well it wasn't. Our clothes still smell sour, some of them had color damage, and there was even rust on brand new under garments. I'm very dissatisfied with this service and very sad that it turned out this way. Please do better. Then you respond with lies....

The job was a move out property which I would have appreciated more if the job was just turned down and I could have gone with another company. The cleaners were not only an hour and 15 minutes late for the scheduled time but then requested an upcharge for it taking more time. Honestly, more time for what because there were cob webs still on the blinds, the floors had to be vacuumed and swept again a day later. How is this possible and no one was at home? I was messaged to say that they don't normally do dishes but as seen in the below list from the service it is provided. I was also told that the tub was stained and they tried everything; however the products that were visible (I placed Pall products on sinks in sight).
