My jewelry and Eric's guns were in there. Y'all touched and moved all our guns and my jewelry. I told you not to open my prayer cabinet and you did. That is sacred. You went through a cabinet in the kitchen, and we couldn't find the key fobs. You through away food that we had planned for dinner. You did almost absolutely nothing to the downstairs bathroom. Eric did not appreciate having the drone room rearranged although he did appreciate having the drones cleaned. And you NEVER should have done anything with the animals especially our dragon. She has a very strict diet. We feed those pellets to the roaches that we feed to her. And, you didn't mop nor did you really clean the sink in the other upstairs bathroom. I was called to let me know of her arrival that day and with the Maid Pro office being closed that day, we were not able to make changes. With the Thanksgiving holiday coming up, I reluctantly allowed her to clean our home. The service was just okay in my opinion; I feel the floors weren't properly swept or vacuumed - they were partially at best but there were obvious areas that needed more attention. Also, she dropped the vacuum cleaner down my wood stairs and caused damage to the stair treads as well as my brand new hardwood floors which I was incredibly upset about. Lastly, she began to clean the oven out; my husband had told her that it wasn't required however, she had already put cleaner in the oven. She did not continue as informed however, leaving the cleaner in the oven has caused additional problems. I did not realize cleaner had been left in there and went to use the oven later that evening and caused the oven to start smoking and left a horrible smell as a result. I had to completely change my dinner plans as a result. This was very unacceptable and poor service. I will be ending my service with Maid Pro as a result of this poor customer service.

Lisa came out at the scheduled time, we had a short chat and she went to work making sure she didn't use any products that we were allergic to or found offensive. It took several hours but that included a lot of time because there was a good bit of time making decisions about what to do with items I am very satisfied and grateful for the service. I feel like I can see light of day now.
