Holly was so knowledgeable and explained things in such detail. I am usually in class every two years because I have to be, I don't interact. Holly made class interesting and fun. Her personality is bubbly, she's funny I couldn't help but blurt out all the answers because she was so on it with her explanations and visuals. I mentioned to her after class that she was honestly the best instructor ever. Pretty much the whole class agreed. I've wanted to take ACLS and PALS but dreaded the blah of it all and doubted that I would even retain the smallest bit of information. I attempted to voice my concern for a potential infection issue, but Lynn said her gloves were not sterile and were meant to protect her and not the donor. The onsite supervisor witnessed the issue and when I asked about a way to lodge a formal complaint I was told the problem had happened before and would be addressed internally. I will not return.
