I worked at Columbia for about six months and that was the worst six months I ever had in my life , Columbia treats their staff member so poorly! We were always understaffed and always treated like crap from other staff members including the MOT!! Which is known as janitor people at Columbia Elementary School!! I was a yard duty at that school and seeing how many kids got bullied beat up on and in fistfight at such a young age and that school never did anything, no follow through no punishments nothing just sent right back out to recess!! it disgusts me!!! I saw so many concerned parents because they had no idea what was going on at that school because the school does not inform parents about anything!!! Usually at an elementary school it's three strikes you're out when it comes to discipline I have never seen a child control the teachers so badly in my life just because his mom and dad worked at that school!! I also worked with a few elderly people that were so beyond kind hearted and we're poorly treated like garbage! The janitors also like to walk around and say that it is not their job to pick up garbage and to do janitor things! My main concern here is that there has been so many staff members children, parents that have been concerned about their kids in the school and everyone contacts the superintendent for help and the superintendent will not do a single thing about anything!!! The principal at that school don't even get me started with that one I have heard her say so many mean things to children telling children to shut up telling children they're stupid I have no idea how that principal is a principal!!! I will continue to post bad reviews so people can read them and see how the school is and they can continue to take my review down but I will continue to post and continue to get it out there because this school draws so much concern to me there's so much more in depth that I would like to say but that would be cutting into children's privacy and I would not want to do that for the privacy of the parent and the children!!!
