This place is just like any other PT's in the area. The one thing I hate about these places is the ice cold mugs. I'm sorry but give me the beer cold I don't need the mugs cold. It makes the beers undrinkable. This location is bogged down by cigarette smoke and I can't stand it. The real upside is the wings, I ordered the hot honey which actually wasn't a flavor the chef knew he had on the menu so he made it on the fly. We came in with a big group less than 15 around 10 pm . Immediately received hostility from the server . We are not white , everyone else was and felt like she was being racist . She kept making passive aggressive remarks. Yet with the rest of the customers she wasn't. We were patient and not rude , we understood that we have to pay after we order, but her attitude was not it . Cut off for food was at 11:30 and one of the girls went to order something before that and she said nope . I can't tell you how the food is because we left before we had a chance to eat it. Everything started out fine, got our beers and our server took our order. BUT while waiting for food, our server had friends come in. She literally forgot she was working and sat and talked to them. Our food was delivered by someone else without condiments, napkins or silverware. We tried to get her attention and her friends saw we needed things but we couldnt eat but because she was too busy with them that we walked out with the food n the table. Let me just say we love going here to eat and drink, most bartenders are amazing, but when we try to order from home there's one bartender who likes to not take phone orders so he hangs up the phone or he unplugs it, we've been told by other bartenders he's known for that. It's not cool for the business he's losing the business money. I hope the owners read this post and realize this workers unplugs and hangs up on costumers. read more

Stopped in for a late dinner. Greeted promptly by Erika who also quickly served our drinks and took our order. We ordered a protein diet bunless angry burger. The chef, Daniel, took the time to bring the burger to the table himself and explain how he reverse engineered it to make it still work without a bun. The burger was amazing. This used to be one of mine and my husband's favorite places to come relax after a long day especially so I don't have to cook. The last couple of times have been less than desirable. We no longer see our favorite female bartenders. The friendliest level just isn't what it used to be. I have never been told the kitchen is closed but tonight I was so now I have to make an additional stop after my beer. Honestly going to be looking for a new stop for after work. Visited for late night happy hour. Comfortable atmosphere, friendly bartender, and cheap drinks. Their house IPA is actually pretty tasty, especially considering just how cheap a pint is, especially on happy hour. Only my second time here in as many years, but I'll need to remember to visit more frequently. read more

I've been hanging out locally more and have gone into PTs Pub on numerous occasions. Its a low-light pub that is very clean and comfortable. The bartenders have been Tammy and Monica. Both are extremely nice and very personable. They take your orders and serve you very quick. I also ate lunch a couple times. The food is prepared quickly and is VERY fresh. Their grilled cheese & Tomato soup is outstanding and the Chef Salad was excellent. How can you mess up a salad, you ask? Its easy to do. But this chef salad was exceptional with very fresh vegetables, ham, bacon, etc.... This place rocks! read more

This is our favorite local bar. Steve the manager is very personable and has our beers waiting for us as soon as my fiancee and I come through the door. I have luck every now and then and have hit 8 out of 8 on my usual keno machine. The regulars are friendly and there is often group conversations full of laughter. The music is often controlled by the customers. Yes, there are certain bands/songs that are frowned upon. But only because they can be offensive and crude. I happen to be one of those people whose music is restricted. But with thousands of songs available,there is always a favorite or two I can play. When it comes to sports everyone is invited. During football season you will see many different teams represented throughout the bar. In spite of being in Hendertucky, I have found there to be always be a diverse clientel. Young and old, we all hang out together. The food is great ! Especially the Asian Cole slaw. It is almost addictive. The pizza is half price at happy hour and is delightful. (I'm a new yorker) Overall it is a great locals bar that is welcoming to everyone. Perhaps I'll see you there. read more

Love this place. It really is like a modern day Cheers. Kari and Becky always greet us with genuine smiles. They know our drink orders and are always quick to get the fun started. The new menus are great with lots to choose from and the bar staples (wings, burgers, pizza and even quesadillas) are consistent and are served hot and fast. I had sworn off PTs after playing some slots at the bar at one and having the server tell me I had to play max bet in order to get free drinks. What? What locals bar has that rule? Well one opened near my house so I decided to try it for football and hoped maybe my last experience was just one bad manager. I was wrong. This location use to be an Irish bar. They did a nice job setting it up. Good seating options, lots of TVs. And like all PTs the food and beer prices are good during games. For those two reasons I give it 2 stars. But yet again I was charged for drinks even though I was gaming at 40 cents a bet. The bartender didn't even say anything about it. It would be a good place to watch games but I won't go there if I get charged for drinks. Way too many other options in this town that don't do that. read more

Extra crispy if asked , tender juicy inside with a side of traditional fixings and add crispy tater tots to through in the mi, with favorite sauce the Habanero Mango . To say I'm disappointed in the new menu doesn't even come close to how I feel. 1st I use to get the chicken wings all the time...now the wings are ala carte which means you have to order the fries separate, there are less wings in the order, and they're more expensive. 2nd I tried the western burger...mediocre at best...it was bland, which is hard to believe for something with bbq sauce. 3rd tonight I order something to go...chicken wrap. Can't mess that up right?? No, first off I I'm given the chicken burger. The chicken was hard and dry...so hard and dry I could hit it on my kitchen table and it made knock sounds. The bread was stale...I tried to pull it apart and had to practically muscle it apart (that'll be my strength training for the day ). I couldn't eat it...at all...what a waste of $13. I miss the old PT's...My new bar is remedys now...their menu is always solid and I think the drink and drink specials are better. read more

I like the location. It's close to my home. Happy hour is a plus. Usually hang out for a few hours order a half off pizza and we are out of there under 40.00. Pool table is 5.00 for an hour. Service suck bartender aways on his phone and rude. I ask Daniel for my 10 dollars back for my hamburger because he walk to the back where the cook was so I don't know what he went back there and said. I ask him did he tell the cook to spit in my hamburger he said yes JUST A LITTLE BIT in a sarcastic manner. He refused to give me my money back then called the cops for no reason. On the way out I ask Mr. Daniel for his manager name he refuse to give it to me he said the manager would be in around 4pm tomorrow on the 5th are 6th time I ask him he gave me his manager name.
