Great experience. The servers were very friendly, efficient, and knew their jobs well. They really make the experience! It's always clean, and never has that 'bar' smell, which I appreciate. Yesterday evening, I went to PT's gold on Blue Diamond and Buffalo and encountered the most rude and hostile waitress i have ever seen. I came into the pub to enjoy a quit beer and happen to win about $76 on the bar slot machine. I left a tip for the beer and ask to get the winnings paid out. This woman went hostile saying a cannot just spend $5 and take my ticket to different machines. I had put 25 of my own money into the machine. She threatened me that she would not allow this another time. I will never return to this place because I don't want to be treated like this again. Maybe this women needs some training on customer service to provide a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Shame on her. read more

It was our first time coming to PT's. When we walked in we weren't sure if we waited to be seated or just seat ourselves, there's no host. We sat down and waited for a waitress, which thankfully didn't take long. We ordered 2 drinks from the bar and a couple items from the menu. The $10 deal of a personal pizza and boneless wings and the breaded shrimp. The pizza was ok, looked like a frozen pizza just warmed up in a microwave, boneless wings were good, breaded shrimp was amazing but what was the worst were the fries, they tasted like a whole can of old bays were thrown on top of them. I recommend asking for no seasoning on the fries. The ambiance is very sad rocker, the music was depressing. Honestly will probably not try again. read more

Not sure if the employees drink on the job but I came in tonight to pick up my boyfriend who was too drunk to drive. They had been serving him from 5pm until 1 AM and when I was able to go get him, the bartender with the patchy beard (who claimed to be the owner) immediately got disrespectful with me and tried to stop me from taking my boyfriend home until thankfully the other bartender stepped in. Not sure what the bartenders name was(Asian Male), but tonight at PT's on Buffalo and blue diamond we were treated by the bartender as though we were invisible. Not only that we were invisible, but that by walking in the door we annoyed him. I don't know if his dog died or his girlfriend broke up with him but man was he in a foul mood. Was in the mood for some bar food but wasn't in the mood to hangout at a bar so I decided to place a to go. When I walked in all of the light were off because the knights game was on. I happens to have my 6 year old son with me because we were on our way home and I didn't want to leave him in the car because it was pretty warm out. When I walked in, I was immediately yelled at by one of the servers. She said I need to take my son out of the establishment because he was under21.I understand that you cannot have kids in the bars but I was simply picking up a to go order that was already paid for. At that point I should have just asked for my money back. She didn't even give me a chance to explain before she was basically telling me to leave. The bartender was actually the one that asked me if I was picking up. It most be comment at this location for people to come on and try and sit at the bar with their kid or something... The bar smelt terrible like a unpleasant dirty dish rag and extra smoky. I don't ever remember going into a PTS and leaving five minutes later, smelling like smoke. The food at this PTS is just mediocre. I would not recommend it to any one. The pizza looked and tasted like a frozen pizza. The pepperonis were discolored. I'm not sure if they were old or had freezer burn. The crust was like a cracker. The chicken fingers were pretty good could have used some extra sauce. The fries were cold and soggy. The quesadilla was cold and even after reheating it was not good. Over all not a great experience. Our whole meal cost $70 and the only good thing was tasty we're the fingers. Even with the convenience of paying with Uber eats, we will not be back. read more

We came in went to the bathroom first to wash our hands and sat down and already our waitress/bartender had enough of us I guess and this was Saturday around noon so, not busy. She was not welcoming she was a short with us when we had questions and just seemed like she didn't want to work. I know these days establishments are short staffed and overworked so maybe that was this case? But when we gave her our drink order and she went to the bar we saw her demeanor change. She was friendly and laughing with her white male clientele. We just looked at each other and agreed she was being unfair. Well... here we go with another PT's. Basically one for every square mile of Mtns Edge community. We came here last night to check out what it had to offer. We were planning to have some drinks, play some video poker and maybe get some munchies. We got off to a bad start when ordering drinks while sitting at machines. We were immediately told that I couldn't get the BIG beer I wanted unless I paid for it...um pretty sure I'm there to pay for beer. Then once they notice we start gambling suddenly our service is much better. Whether I'm gambling or not shouldn't depict the type of service I'm getting. Don't sit there and wait for me to hit a Royal so you can get better tips. If I gamble then I get free drinks, if I dont gamble then Ill pay for my drinks. Bartenders need to know this and shouldn't base the service we get on whether or not we are gambling. The bartenders ended up being pretty cool over all but the person who really stood out was Lamar. Went to this location Friday night and it's by far my favorite bar in town now! The bartenders not only know how to make their cocktails right but they have such great energy and are so attentintive. Oh and the one bartender Peter is great eye candy to have around around when you're drinking and/or playing. Such a great time! Finally after waiting entirely too long for even a hello I flag down another courteous waiter to assist and he did so graciously and kindly. All I wanted was to pick up my to go order... that's it. The food is excellent but the service is hit or miss even if it's not busy. If you're a gambler then this is an excellent place for it. If you are there to drink, only your service will be diminished. If you are of African descent you may be labeled Broke and black and your service may suffer unless you gamble. Lastly, if you file a complaint against management for serving beer out of freshly washed and hot mugs or get a beer with sriracha pepper flakes around the rim when the Tajin was conveniently misplaced. I came here 6 weeks ago w friends. I quickly noticed this place was newer, cleaner and more open then most PTs as I didn't think it smelled of smoke. I noticed the staff were nice and constantly putting out drinks so the wait was minimal. I went back this past Sunday for football and the service and food was great. Jess the server was attentive and on point. The food was really good. I'm a huge fan of the chicken wings and pretzel bites. This is my first time dining here and Emily who helped us on the patio was absolutely astonishing she was not only attentive to our service dogs she was an amazing server altogether. I wish I took pictures of the food but it was so delicious we had the loaded tachos the chips and queso and also the most delicious potstickers.
