The medium sized washers fit 3-4 loads and costs $3.75. The small washers fits 2 loads and costs $2.00. Dryers cost .25 cents for 8 minutes. But the sweet lady working here paid for my dryers! The sweet Korean grandma working here was very helpful and kind. She speaks understandable English. She was very attentive to me and knowledgeable of the machines. She directed me towards the best working dryers and showed me the best technique to dry my comforters and utilize the most of my time with the dryers. She's awesome!! Parking is plentiful. No wifi. They have old couches to sit in if you prefer a couch over the classic plastic chairs found in laundromats, which they also have. They have a good variety of laundry supplies to purchase if you forgot yours. From the good brands to the not so good brands. They have various other products to purchase as well like wallets, flat bill caps, shirts, socks, jewelry, glasses, bandannas, nail clippers, house slippers, etc. There was only one other customer here on my visit since it was a Wednesday afternoon so I didn't have to wait for washers, service, or carts. Overall my clothes and comforters are clean & dry, customer service was beyond great, and I would definitely come back. Oh yeah, on my way out she saw that I was carrying out my clean comforters uncovered and she gave me huge trash bags to keep my comforters clean during the transport home. You walk in and it's very clean and the owner was there when I was last there and he talked to me for a little bit too. Told me how everything works and offered to help me if I needed any assistance. Super good on the customer service tip. It has tons of washers and dryers, obviously. It has a little area that's kind of like a patio. You can sit out under a covered area and wait for clothes. It actually has a little children's place as well so the kids can sit down and play while you wait as well. They have chairs scattered around it so you can find some seating near your washer or dryer machine if you so decide to do that as well. You basically get a card that you put money on. Or you can pay on the app, that's also an option as well. The washer prices start at $4 and some change and go up from there. The dryer prices are about $2.50 or so for 30 minutes. And they're actually really big. So at the end of the day you can fit a lot in one without overstuffing. If you're in the area and have a need for it, this this spot would be pretty good. There are different sizes of washing machines and then 2 sizes for the dryers with the dryers adding 8min for each quarter. The washing machines vary but I know for the smallest load it's $2.25. The owner or one of his family members is always here ready to assist and all of them are very friendly too. They also have a small shop inside where you can buy any supplies you might have forgot for a fair price. Washes are about 30 minutes per load and there are three different sizes in machines. Don't worry about finding a dryer there are 32 of them plus another three for large loads. At one point, it looked like there was fire coming from the inside of the driers. Another man and my fiancé saw what I was seeing too, but couldn't explain it. We asked the head of the shop what that was about and she wasn't sure, but eventually whatever we saw died down and nothing got burnt. There was no smell of smoke or anything, so not sure what that was about. Either way, the worker was nice enough to switch our clothes out for us and put them into another machine just in case. What I really like about this location is that after you wash your clothes, the driers are free to use! Maybe this is pretty common here, but I've never seen this back home on Maui. We only spent $6.50 to wash everything together and then dried both of our loads for free. I was really happy about that. The timer is set at increments of 15 minutes, so you just have to keep resetting accordingly, but fine by me for the freebie. I'll definitely keep coming back to this location and would recommend it to anyone, as much as I'd like it to stay uncrowded.
