After filling out at least 10 forms, first in the office, then online, then again in the office I got one appointment. The office then canceled my second appointment and rescheduled, then canceled that one. When I came in at the re re scheduled time I found that they canceled all my appointments. Even though the place was practically empty they couldn't reschedule. This was so disappointing since both I and my partner have been coming here for 5 years but never again.

I got assigned a junior therapist if you can even call him that. Maybe he was a college intern? Was not professional at all. The session started off with" take a lap around the room " which he didn't watch my gait or pain. No he went and started helping someone on a machine. I was like why am I walking around a room? Very Strange. Then he asked me 4 questions. Pain level. When it hurts. How long. What I've been doing for it. (I've had this before). After 3 minutes wants to diagnose that it's an ankle problem. I said no it's not in my ankles. Then he says it's a tight back. I say no it isn't. He says it was for one other of his clients so it probably is for me. I try to tell him that I stretch my back and hips daily prior to weight lifting. I have a dance background and did mat Pilates and CrossFit for 15 years. I know stretching. I tried to show him the hip and back stretches that I do and he stopped me. He stood me up and did a calf stretch on a wedge. I told him I do this one several times a day. He asked how often I stretch in a day. I said I didn't know maybe 4? He said I needed to do 6-8. Whatever dude. You're grasping on things to say because you don't know. He never asked me my fitness level? What activities do I do in a day? How many miles I walk in a day? What my strength training schedule is? What my weight lifting lifts are that I do weekly? What shoes I wear? What stretches before or after training? How often I train? SO many other questions he could have asked but He then says maybe I should GO TO A PODIATRIST for a steroid shot. Kid you not!!! Within 4 minutes of being there was told to go to a different doctor for a steroid shot. Umm isn't that why I came to a physical therapist so I don't have to resort to something like that (which I am adamantly against). No F ING way would I ever get a steroid shot. Couldn't pay me. The owner is a smart guy. If you make an appointment here make sure it's with the owner and not a junior therapist that needs to go back to PT school.

The only good thing about this place are the nurses; all of them, without exception, are kind and caring folks with good bedside manner. More than I can say about the doctor himself. Dr Kaplan has to be one of the worst doctors I've ever seen as far as bedside manner. He never sat with us more than maybe 5 minutes, enough time to make notes and leave. He gave the bare minimum of attention to my client when she was talking at any point, and interrupted her constantly to cut the conversation shorter. The one and only time he acknowledged ME was before a procedure, where he asked me to tell my client (who was in another room) not to call the office with any concerns for at least 24 hours unless it was an emergency. On our last visit with him, he straight-up told my client (who by this point was in so much pain she could barely leave her apartment and was feeling the emotional distress from that) that she was too emotional for him to deal with. That other people had it way worse than her and THEY didn't cry. Lastly, he told her that even after the two tests she had been through, he would not perform the final procedure on her until she proved to him that she was on an antidepressant (???????????????????) Now the office is giving us the run-around, pushing our next appointment back a week, then another week, then saying we would have to go to a surgical center because they just don't have the tools they need. I've flat-out encouraged my client to quit giving this practice any more of her money; waiting to see a doctor who will treat her with some dignity will be 1000x better than ever seeing this doctor again. TDLR: This doctor's bedside manner is awful, DO NOT RECOMMEND

While you won't necessarily see the same person every time (and sometimes each is handling 2 people at once), everyone's care and commitment is obvious. After my condition was evaluated on my first visit, I was asked about my goals. I am convinced that the physical therapy I'm getting will help me reach those goals. The exercises I have been given have gotten progressively more intense so my muscles have occasionally been sore, but I know this is helpful to my recovery. There are many locations in the Results chain. This location is in a strip shopping center, with nearby parking but no nearby handicap-designated spaces.

I called again, same reassurance. Then another bill. When I finally reached a supervisor, she was determined to collect the $45, citing "policy," despite their own team repeatedly telling me it would be resolved. I even offered to split it...denied without hesitation. Now they're threatening collections over a charge they told me multiple times to ignore. No transparency. No accountability. Just billing games. Avoid Endeavor Physical Therapy. Transparency and trust shouldn't be optional in healthcare, but apparently it is here.

I got many recommendations from my neighbors about One on One and they were so right. I get 30 minutes of knee manipulation from one of the main people then 30 minutes with technicians doing appropriate exercises. It's working really great for me. I'm so glad I changed. Ps. They are so good that it can be a little hard to get appointments, but they have always worked hard to get me in.

I started my PT journey here with Jacob mid-July, and although I'm still going to gain full mobility and strength, I can say that he has done a phenomenal job helping me in my healing process. It's taking me a bit longer and a bit slower process only because my injury was so traumatic, and I was in a sling for the first 9 weeks from the day of the fall that a lot of my muscles are still pretty tight, but Jacob and the team have been so amazing in helping me. I love that the actual therapist always works with you the entire hour, and they don't assign a tech to work with you. Nothing against techs, but when you have a massive injury and surgery, you kind of want a well-trained person to help you every step of the way. Because of this place, I'm about to lift my 25lb baby up with both hands and do daily stuff like brush my hair, open car doors, and lift my arm up to put something on a shelf. If I ever have to go to PT for any other issue, hands down, it would be this place.

They were so apathetic about what I was doing, and again, with zero conversation or explanation. There was another woman who had recently had knee surgery. They put her on some machine and left her there--not paying attention to form at all. The Assistants (??) were having very animated conversations over all of our heads... Honestly, I could have just watched videos on YouTube and learned more about what I needed to improve my situation. That is what I did. I let them know my concerns. The management did not seem to be concerned either. I was very disappointed.

You need rehab? Go to these guys…read more One year after undergoing two knee replacement surgeries and I've spent the morning enjoying a hike in Spicewood Valley Trail. This would not have happened without the care, education, and attention given to me by Round Rock Rehab before and after surgery. My appointments with Matt began several weeks before surgery, building up strength in preparation--and if your surgeon hasn't recommended doing this, ask them about it. He spent a lot of time with me during our appointments and helped me to understand why and how I should be continuing to train in between our sessions. After the surgery, we picked up right where we left off -- and it felt like I was able to do more, more quickly, because of that prep time. Matt very patiently walked me through not just an escalating set of strength exercises but a wide variety of exercises that built up and supported full-body strength development and health. If I reached a plateau, he worked me to find a path forward that got me gaining strength again. If I had experienced irritation or pushed myself too far, he sorted me right out with rest and a mini-treatment plan. No matter where I was in my recovery cycle, he was right there with me. And if Matt was out for a time, I got the same high-quality support from Brad and Michelle. ...and the entire team of assistants! Mike and Serena and...well, just everyone made me feel like I wasn't just someone coming in...I was part of an extended family where everyone's purpose was to help me recover. Once my sessions were complete, I was sent off with a plan--and tons of information--for how to continue getting stronger.  I can't say enough about this team. They are truly wonderful, absolutely cared for my well being, and get my highest recommendation.
