I had asked her to not make it thin n only remove the extr.. The eyebrows turned out really thin n when I told her about this, she replied back very rudely saying that my eyebrows itself were very thin and she can't do anything about it and that's not her problem... It's rare I give an eyebrow place 5 stars being that it's eyebrows, you know that one problem eyebrow, the awkward cousin.. lol.. never even or symmetrical ruining our lives until you find someone who can do brows! I've been coming here for a couple of years now and can only name 2 times that I didn't like my brows. I live pretty close and just do walk in. I come in on a weekday, typically in the morning when I know it's not busy and usually have a very short wait time. Perfect threading is located in a small shopping center in dublin. Very easy to find, lots of parking. Check in process is easy, there's a station at the counter in the lobby, put in your name and service and have a seat. I love that they partner with 5 stars and you accumulate rewards. After you reach a certain amount of points, you get a free eyebrow threading session. The eyebrow stations are clean and they sanitize their hands before starting you. There are 2 girls in there that are amazing with brows (I don't know their names :( But so far every person I've been to has done a good job and I have no complaints. They thread your brows, trim if needed. You then inspect the work and then I think an astringent lotion or maybe witch hazel is applied. Check out process is quick and easy. I'm a regular here and love the work they do. They have given me realistic wait times every time I've been in there. I appreciate the cleanliness and communication about wait times :) They have multiple locations, I've never been, can only speak for this location. I have been coming to perfect threading for 3 years now. I wouldn't trust anyone with my eyebrows but them. After another eyebrow place made my eyebrows uneven, Simi helped to shape my eyebrows wonderfully, while at the same time letting one grow to become more even eventually. During Covid it was hard not getting my eyebrows done. When I found out they had re-opened this week, I rushed to make an appointment! I was so happy to see how clean and safe they were. Everyone was seated apart, chairs were constantly cleaned, and everyone was wearing a mask. Simi has come up with a new method of looping the string around her neck and doing your eyebrows. Used to come here all the time to get my eyebrows threaded, but ever since they expanded their salons, service at this specific salon has slowed down! Before you can just walk in, sign in & wait about 5 minutes to get your brows done, but lately it's been taking 20+ mins lately. I go to their Pleasanton salon & there is little to NO wait! They're quicker over there than this one in Dublin. I waited a little too long today just for brows, and there were 3 ahead of me. It didn't help the employees were constantly talking while working on a client, making our wait times longer. I had to walk out- first time doing that. Really disappointed with my experience. I was a walk in and the receptionist said it would be fine. The person who did my eyebrows (I didn't catch her name) rushed through my eyebrows and it was a really painful session. I had asked her to keep my eyebrows thick because I've been growing them out and she threaded off months of growth. My eyebrows are thin and uneven. She seemed to be having a bad day based on her mood and how hard she was going on the threading. It's been a couple of hours and the skin around my eyebrows is still red and swollen (she didn't offer to apply aloe). When I brought up the painful experience, how she rushed through my eyebrows and how they're uneven she and the receptionist started gaslighting me and eventually she said "you were a walk in and I have appointments." I don't understand why they told me they had time to take me in if they were going to provide me with subpar services just because I'm a walk in. Had a great experience at Perfect Threading Salon yesterday. While waiting in the car with my daughter who had an appt at Allure Hair Salon, I saw Perfect Threading right next door. I decided to Yelp them . Great reviews and since I was due for my brows I thought I would give it a try. When you walk in, you instantly want to smile and just gives you a happy feeling. Sounds weird, but it's so inviting and bright in there when you walk in. Their floral backdrop is just gorgeous! I was greeted with a very friendly receptionist. You sign in on an iPad and you get a reminder on your phone with your appt time. I was a walk in at about 5pm on a Tuesday and was taken right away. I can't remember the name of my girl, but it started with an "R" she was great! Very professional and more importantly my brows were on fleek! I guess one thing I wondered is why they don't fill your brows for you to complete the looking. Not a big deal though. For sure will be back! read more

My girlfriend really wanted her eyebrows done so I hopped on my laptop and went straight to Yelp and typed in "best threading salon." Yelp proceeded to give me a list of places and I saw that this place was nearby and had great reviews so I said honey, lets giz-oh! We walked in, I was amazed. This place was clean and even had a dope flower wall, as we were taking in the aesthetics of the shop we were greeted by a friendly smile. My girlfriend was then immediately seated, and told the threader how she wanted her eyebrows done. I believe her name was Simran. Before I even got past the opening credits of Game of Thrones my girlfriend was standing there with glorious eyebrows. I asked her what she thought, she said that they were on fleek. I came in on a Sunday because I desperately needed to get my brows done. I didn't have to wait very long, less than 5 minutes. The lady was nice enough, I asked for a trim and slight shaping. First and foremost, her hands did not seem very clean. She had just finished threading a customer and then started working on mine after writing some stuff down on a clipboard. I was already starting to dread getting my eyebrows done by her after I saw this. I hate when people touch my face with unclean hands ( it spreads bacteria and makes me break out). She did my brows in less than 5 minutes. I have never gotten my brows done in 5 minutes. Every time I have had my eyebrows threaded, they have taken around 20 - 25 min. I didn't want to even look at my brows after she finished doing them. There were still some stray hairs on my right brow, but I did not even bother to ask her to fix it. I'm scared that she would have ended up ripping even more hair off. She also took a little too much hair off the top of my brows... I hate when this happens because it looks so unnatural, and it is so hard to fix. Not coming here again. I hate having to fix others' mistakes especially when I already paid for a service. I am currently breaking out on my brows. and I am pretty sure it is because her hands were not clean enough. Ugh i am so disgusted. I usually never break out around my brow area. This has never happened when I went to other brow places either. read more
