Staff wouldn't allow or let me make appointments with my providers Dr.Venkatesh or Nareeman Bashatwah and they didn't even support me too. They stopped my care because of billing and financial issues. I'm still struggling with my mental health especially after the loss of my son last year; they didn't even help me to get better and feel better and they didn't want to help me anymore and discharged me via letter and I feel like it was all about the money to them not my mental health status Didn't even have the decency to tell me or talk to me about finding care somewhere else because they were no longer going to take care of me. Left me cold turkey without any medication which put me into going withdrawal and had to get help from other doctors/providers that didn't know me and give me medication causing confusion and trust issues from them and pharmacy. Band me from excess to all of my medical records which had notes exchanged between me and Nareeman Bashatwah which backed up all of this and my medical records and history and all the medications that I was being treated with and medication history of what I was on and dosages and quantities prescribed to me.

She never gives up on me, researching new meds and combinations of meds. She always responds quickly to my messages, or the NP does if it's an emergency. She is a very caring and upbeat, positive care giver. I have not personally had issues with the office staff as others have stated on here. I do know that some staff were let go after a negative experience with clients. Anyone who has had a negative experience should speak with Dr. Evans personally. She will address it as her clients come first. Having said all this, if you are seeking help for mental health, you must do your part and be proactive. You must do your part in your treatment plan. If you are reading this, do not ignore the negative reviews, but take with a grain of salt. (As with any review from a stranger). The whole story is not known on why the clients did not receive what was requested. I don't think that TBH can respond on this platform AND abide by HIPPA laws. So a lack of response from TBH is not an indication of guilt by silence. Just remember that.

They don't answer the they have a answering service where a lady that's not located at the clinic answers the phone, but she also cannot contact them. They don't return any phone calls. I called about my medication informed them that it was making me sick. I never got a call back I had to speak to the doctor in reference to it on my next visit. He was not aware that it made me sick. Horrible, Horrible Service . They double billed me for a visit that I didn't show. They took money out of my spending account on my car that I didn't approve of. They were also suppose to do my FMLA papers to extended time. They never did that when they did do it they overcharge me they told me it was $80 and then they charged me $96 . It's been a horrible nightmare when I brought it to the Dr attention was then able to speak with the supervisor. They have caused me most stress than the reason that I was going out for.

He is kind and compassionate like no other psychiatrist we have been to. He is non judgemental when she goes through her phases of not taking her meds. He listens to her and respects her words and opinions. He is a truly wonderful human being that is following his calling and carrying out his life's work like few individuals i have encountered.
