The staff are very friendly and professional. Never too much of a wait. The doc is always friendly and actually seems to care.

Dr. Mui has always been extremely supportive and concerned with my well-being. She never pushed any medication on me that I wasn't comfortable with taking and she always followed up to make sure everything was okay. She went above and beyond for me to make sure that I was okay and improving and actually worked with my psychologist to make sure I was obtaining the best possible treatment. In conjunction with my psychologist, Dr. Mui saved my life. I will always recommend her to anyone that's looking for help. The one and only drawback to Dr. Mui is that she doesn't accept any insurance. But it's really because she's just that good. If you really need help and you're willing to pay for the best help available, Dr. Mui is IT.

I want to be very clear: the clinical care at this location was decent. My provider was…read morecompassionate and helpful. Unfortunately, the front office staff -- specifically Alicia and Brianna -- made continuing treatment here impossible. From my very first appointment, there were serious issues with billing and communication. Alicia gave me multiple different copay amounts, was rude when I asked for clarification, and created unnecessary stress during a visit where I was already anxious. The visit was handled so poorly that Brianna offered to waive it entirely -- not because I requested anything, but because the service had been that bad. Over time, it became obvious that Alicia and Brianna use the same passive-aggressive, dismissive style of communication. It's a pattern, not an isolated incident. Every interaction was overly polite on the surface but evasive and unclear underneath. Instead of answering direct questions, they consistently redirected, provided contradictory information, or responded with scripted messages that avoided accountability. At one point, I saw two completely different balances in their system -- one for $196 and another for over $600. When I asked why these numbers existed and what they were based on, Brianna's response was to bring up the waived first visit, as if that justified the inconsistency or shifted responsibility onto me. It felt like a passive-aggressive attempt to connect unrelated issues instead of providing a real explanation. And to be very direct: I don't appreciate being patronized by staff who clearly aren't equipped to explain their own billing system. My anxiety is directly tied to finances and medical billing -- something I communicated clearly. Instead of offering clarity or empathy, I was met with condescending tones and evasive answers. The last straw was Brianna throwing the waived visit back in my face after she was the one who offered it due to their poor service. I will be posting the screenshot because no patient deserves to have a "favor" used as a tool to deflect blame. It became clear that this office does not value transparency, accountability, or the emotional well-being of the people seeking care here. The provider was great, but the administrative side is chaotic, dismissive, and ultimately made this clinic feel unsafe for me. I will not be returning.

The doctors are always at least 20 minutes late and talk for maybe 5 minutes asking the exact same questions each session. My son feels it's quite mechanical, going through the motions to collect money. For example, my son was diagnosed with ADHD from his pediatrician years ago, but when mentioning this diagnosis during the initial evaluation, I received a, well we can test him here to see if he has it. They wouldn't accept his previous diagnosis and take into consideration ADHD can in fact contribute to depression. I asked how they test and what was described was exactly the same 'test', but we'd need to pay again (and it's not cheap for a checkmark test). The initial evaluation did not take the full time as described and was at least 30 minutes late to starting the evaluation. We feel there was always a financial undercurrent to their services. I've worked with psychiatrists in the past as well as therapists and can confidently say our experience was extremely disappointing. Based on all the above information I would not recommend this practice, but unfortunately there are few pediatric psychiatrists and they're quite aware.

Lol The receptionist was quick to respond to my emails regarding the new patient paperwork, and called me the next day to schedule my appointment. The availability was awesome and ease of getting a appointment was refreshing, but both times when the receptionist called me to schedule and when I was called an hour before my appointment to 'check in' staff weren't overly friendly and made no attempt at establishing any type of 'rapport.' Dr. Glenn Humphress was the psychiatric physician assistant whom I spoke with and who got to know a little bit about me and making some medication recommendations. He was very 'to the point' but was genuine/nice as well. He spoke carefully as to not offend throughout the process and was able to thoroughly talk through medication options and routes we could take. Looking forward to booking my next appointment!

The portal is just so cold and impersonal. $150 for a 10 minute consultation with a PA, just to be pushed into getting upset, and feel inhuman by the staff. I've never met my psychiatrist. He is just a name in to portal. I've traded messages with the names in the portal. I would assume that in a mental health clinic, they would understand the patient issues coming in and to be able to act appropriately. NOPE. They are rude, insensitive, and are more interested in paperwork and holding your "treatment" hostage, until they get you to fill out the paperwork you have already filled out multiple times. Then they coldly just close the glass window and hide from you. Yes, that is what they choose to do to "de-escalate" a situation. They shut the glass window on you, and argue and threaten you when you re open their special window. It seems to me that this is just a pill brokerage. It seems more about the money and pushing meds. It's not about helping you solve or get control of your issue. I truly feel like they want me to go somewhere else for "treatment". Because they really do not seem to care about anything but their policies, paperwork, pushing the latest pills some pharma rep pays them off to prescribe. The last attempt to a med change was going to cost me $800 per month, when my current prescription cost less than $10. If I could give negative stars, I would.
