I also do not like tests of any kind. I called the school and they answered all my questions, told me what I would need to take the written exam. They were clear about all fees and cancellations and responsibilities of the individual who wanted to attend. I took the written exam with them and thankfully passed. I then practiced driving at home during the pandemic and when I got my shots this year went back and scheduled driving practice with them to make sure I was doing everything I was supposed to while driving. Ms. Tanya was polite and direct about what I needed to remember to do while driving. I passed my driving test and honestly grateful for their services. Ms. LaTonya and Staff are very nice people. They know that they are preparing you to do something that is helpful in life but is a big responsibility. So they take their jobs very seriously.

When I reached out directly, they showed me nothing but patience and flexibility, and worked very hard to accommodate my daughter's busy schedule. In the end, they got all of her drives scheduled, and I'm grateful for their effort. I've learned to give them grace and trust that they will do everything possible to make it work for families. First there is not enough drive times and they are constantly cancelling or they use the excuse "the system is down" and you are unable to schedule drives. When you call it always goes to voicemail. I have yet to have anyone actually call me back. You can email but there is always a delay in getting a response and again it is just the system is "messed up" or "down" and they are fixing it. If you are a single parent or work full time this is not the driving school for your child as who knows when they will reschedule your drive times without communication or a conversation with the parent.
