The instructors were kind, patient,appropriate, informative, timely, and efficient. When you call the business, they answer their phone and are courteous and helpful. The vehicles the teens drove for practice were clean and well kept. The fees charged for the course were reasonable for the service received and lower than other competitors. I went to Office Depot, where I had to fill out paperwork AGAIN and was in line with numerous people who had the same thing happen to them. One couple said they had been cancelled on twice now.
