I truly, truly loved this experience with teen driving school, I believe this is the school to pick…read morefor having your teen to learn the road and learn how to drive on the road and show different reactions with other cars around. They are very supportive and they help guide you to pick perfect times for drives they understand when you make mistakes and they take time to explain to you how to fix your mistake. They are very on top with you doing your work that they give out but it's understanding because how are you gonna learn if you don't put the effort in. Zutobi is a good way to practice and learn the road signs and it for sure gives you a good way to study. When your not busy and your bored you can just go right to Zutobi and take extra lessons or finish the lessons they ask you too! Helps keep you on track and on date with homework from them. I am a teen from this drivers school, I started in September and I finished all 6 drives within 4 months. I stayed on track and they were right there when I needed them! You can always ask questions when you are confused they are an answer away! I am walking evidence that you can do this! This is the drives ed to pick for your teen, especially with the class times! Really works with timing and school wise and yes it does go until 6 around dinner time but they don't mind for kids to come in and have snacks if they're hungry, they do provide as well! Love Complete Driving Experience, especially the staff! So amazing and they always have a smile on their face! If you ever want your kid to be happy going home from drivers ed this is the one! Sincerely, Malayah

I would not recommend this driving school for your teen. Driving schools are expensive. So to pay a…read morelot of money to ensure your child is taught the basics of driving and have so many issues is beyond frustrating. First there is not enough drive times and they are constantly cancelling or they use the excuse "the system is down" and you are unable to schedule drives. When you call it always goes to voicemail. I have yet to have anyone actually call me back. You can email but there is always a delay in getting a response and again it is just the system is "messed up" or "down" and they are fixing it. If you are a single parent or work full time this is not the driving school for your child as who knows when they will reschedule your drive times without communication or a conversation with the parent.

I also do not like tests of any kind. I called the school and they answered all my questions, told me what I would need to take the written exam. They were clear about all fees and cancellations and responsibilities of the individual who wanted to attend. I took the written exam with them and thankfully passed. I then practiced driving at home during the pandemic and when I got my shots this year went back and scheduled driving practice with them to make sure I was doing everything I was supposed to while driving. Ms. Tanya was polite and direct about what I needed to remember to do while driving. I passed my driving test and honestly grateful for their services. Ms. LaTonya and Staff are very nice people. They know that they are preparing you to do something that is helpful in life but is a big responsibility. So they take their jobs very seriously.

Mostly, I get info which I need. It is, however, a very large machine and there are times one can get passed around or incorrectly transferred. Our family withdrew from City Kids Country Cabin due to ongoing communication concerns…read more After my daughter suffered an injury that required sedation and stitches, I requested camera footage and spent the following week trying to get answers. Licensing later determined the incident appeared consistent with an accident and found no concerns regarding supervision. What was disappointing was the lack of communication and transparency afterward. During our enrollment, cameras were presented as a benefit for emergency situations. However, despite requesting footage on the day of the incident, I never received the opportunity to view it and was given multiple explanations as to why it could not be shared. The owner did not personally contact me until nearly a week later, at 9:30 PM on a Saturday, after seeing an anonymous post I had made in a local moms group seeking advice. Despite already being aware of my daughter's injury and my concerns, that was the first time the owner reached out. Ultimately, we felt trust had been lost and decided this was not the right fit for our family.
