I emailed 911 driving school and let them know that I wanted to withdraw my daughter and how could I go about getting refunded for the half class fee that I had put down. After asking several times I finally had an answer from someone that said they sent the request to "their accountant" with no other details provided. It's now been three weeks. This is horrible customer service, a little communication goes a long way. I still have not gotten an answer on when I will receive my refund for the half of the class that I put down. This is very bad business. I feel like at this point I am being swindled out of my money and cannot recommend this place.

My husband went on to take the test through DOL and passed with flying colors right after the 911 instructor failing him. He was profiled judged and robbed of $80 by this place. The instructor took his $80 failed him and then offered for another appointment that afternoon to try again. Which he declined and like I said went on to get his license through department of licensing with flying colors.
