She is an excellent instructor and I got over my fears. She explained things clearly and was a calm person to drive with. I felt comfortable with her and learned a lot. I emailed 911 driving school and let them know that I wanted to withdraw my daughter and how could I go about getting refunded for the half class fee that I had put down. After asking several times I finally had an answer from someone that said they sent the request to "their accountant" with no other details provided. It's now been three weeks. This is horrible customer service, a little communication goes a long way. I still have not gotten an answer on when I will receive my refund for the half of the class that I put down. This is very bad business. I feel like at this point I am being swindled out of my money and cannot recommend this place.

He was extremely rude to him and basically marked him off six points each category for the slightest "error". My husband went on to take the test through DOL and passed with flying colors right after the 911 instructor failing him. He was profiled judged and robbed of $80 by this place. The instructor took his $80 failed him and then offered for another appointment that afternoon to try again. Which he declined and like I said went on to get his license through department of licensing with flying colors.

The instructors were kind, patient,appropriate, informative, timely, and efficient. When you call the business, they answer their phone and are courteous and helpful. There were always a lot of options for class times and drive times. They were always on time and ready to go and didnt keep anyone waiting. The vehicles the teens drove for practice were clean and well kept. The fees charged for the course were reasonable for the service received and lower than other competitors. Made an appt for tsa precheck, took time off work, showed up to be nonchalantly told they cancelled all appointments for the day because the person credentialed to handle the pre check paperwork was on vacation. Seriously?!!!! You offer the service, and only have one person in your office to handle? Then don't even have the courtesy to call and cancel appt giving me some notice?? And no apologies whatsoever. I went to Office Depot, where I had to fill out paperwork AGAIN and was in line with numerous people who had the same thing happen to them. One couple said they had been cancelled on twice now. The people at Office Depot were kind and handled us like pros. I didn't have an appt obviously but she squeezed me in. Skip 911 and just make your appt through Office Depot to begin with!
