Staff & instruction: 5 stars Scheduling & operations: 1 star…read more Lessons taught are great, staff is nice. Scheduling the class series is easy, but it's trying to schedule the 5 drives, then final drive exam that is a challenge. Website for both Puyallup and Graham would fill up in minutes, and same for attempts to call to book. The biggest challenges are demand (they literally need 2 more locations in East Pierce), not enough instructors, combined with allowing instructors to provide availability one week at a time instead of a set work schedule. So drives fill up FAST and can't be booked in advance. It often took 2-3 phone calls - per drive - to try to find an open drive time between both Puyallup and Graham. For very busy teens and organized Moms this process was exhausting. Far better to offer a package, even for a fee, where the drives are a pre-booked date & time, like every other Saturday at 9am (example) and *booked in advance.* The school's priority is ensuring students know how to drive safely and practice between drives. Parents want that too. But they truly need to either add locations or find a way to allow advance booking for drives. Hoping this review helps encourage growth and operational improvements.

WA driving rules are very different since I got my license. Having your child go through a driving…read morecourse to receive their license is a good thing. Being educated from a third-party is better than trying to learn from your own parents. For mental reasons, the third-party instruction is more forgiving to your child. Their prices are comparable to most, but by far, are more advanced than other courses around us. Their driving instructors are also law enforcement officers still serving or retired. I recommend this driving school for everyone to use.

I chose this school thinking the instructors would be cool, calm, and collected for our nervous new…read morelearner. This was the case on the first drive, however it definitely was not the case on the second drive. The driving instructor completely lost his cool before even leaving the parking lot and continued to do so multiple times making the situation progressively worse. We heard from another new driver to avoid Brad S. at all cost, but didn't catch it in time. In my opinion, if the instructor is instigating and escalating a hostile driving environment, using bullying tactics while in a position of authority over minors, it's time to find other employment. I called and left an angry parent message and the office called me back and was very polite and a couple days later the owner called and said he'd look into the situation and took the incident very seriously. Since the one terrible incident, things have been much better with other instructors. More updates to come...

They are very supportive and they help guide you to pick perfect times for drives they understand when you make mistakes and they take time to explain to you how to fix your mistake. They are very on top with you doing your work that they give out but it's understanding because how are you gonna learn if you don't put the effort in. Zutobi is a good way to practice and learn the road signs and it for sure gives you a good way to study. When your not busy and your bored you can just go right to Zutobi and take extra lessons or finish the lessons they ask you too! Helps keep you on track and on date with homework from them. I am a teen from this drivers school, I started in September and I finished all 6 drives within 4 months. I stayed on track and they were right there when I needed them! You can always ask questions when you are confused they are an answer away! I am walking evidence that you can do this! This is the drives ed to pick for your teen, especially with the class times! Really works with timing and school wise and yes it does go until 6 around dinner time but they don't mind for kids to come in and have snacks if they're hungry, they do provide as well! Love Complete Driving Experience, especially the staff! So amazing and they always have a smile on their face! If you ever want your kid to be happy going home from drivers ed this is the one! Sincerely, Malayah

I would not recommend this driving school for your teen. Driving schools are expensive. So to pay a…read morelot of money to ensure your child is taught the basics of driving and have so many issues is beyond frustrating. First there is not enough drive times and they are constantly cancelling or they use the excuse "the system is down" and you are unable to schedule drives. When you call it always goes to voicemail. I have yet to have anyone actually call me back. You can email but there is always a delay in getting a response and again it is just the system is "messed up" or "down" and they are fixing it. If you are a single parent or work full time this is not the driving school for your child as who knows when they will reschedule your drive times without communication or a conversation with the parent.

Also, our child wouldn't come home with incident reports. The last incident: she came home with a goose egg to the back of her head. Ms. Shelby produced an incident report days after the injury stating that our child received first aid following her fall from the table outside.
