He was incredibly caring, sympathetic, and honest throughout the entire process. I was in a tough situation--about two hours away and in urgent need of a part for my Yamaha so I could make it to a night ride--and I wasn't going to be able to get there before closing. Sam truly understood my situation and stepped up without hesitation. On his own time, he reached out to me, helped me process the payment over the phone, and even went out of his way to safely hide the part so I could pick it up after hours. Because of him, I made my ride without any issues. That level of dedication and customer care is rare to find these days. This shop, and especially Sam, have earned my trust and business for the long run. I'll definitely be a loyal customer from here on out.

He was attentive to ask a lot of questions and then said he would get a quote for me the next morning. The next morning came I never got quote, and so I called the company itself. And can you believe when I called the company the person who answered the phone literally said they "have no idea what yelp is!!!" and I said "your business is on yelp and you don't know what yelp is!?" and he said "nope. better you come down here." it was so unbelievable that I drove my butt down there just to get the quote and the person in the front was so not friendly at all and had someone quote my car for a ridiculous price and i would leave my car there for four days on a simple scratch? I will never use this business based on just the business tactics from the beginning without the proper follow through as promised and all the way towards the end. I still don't know how he could say so adamantly and rudely on the phone "I don't know what yelp is" well, I don't know how you even got rated so many stars. I don't even want to put a one. But I'll do it because at least someone didn't reply me very fast when I put out the job request.
