My test was on a Saturday morning The process was super easy. Test takers started to line up outside the door until the facility opened. They were on time and started to check us in immediately. There were 3 staff members there. I was helped by the lady with the beautiful tinted purple hair and the only gentleman that worked there. Both we very informative and made the process easy. They have lockers to put your stuff in. The testing room was clean and quiet. The testing stations had plenty of space. I suggest this spot if you need to take any state licensing test. read more

Went in to take my cosmetology exam! I showed up 15 mins prior to being 30 mins early like I was supposed to so I could use the restroom before my exam! When I walked I asked the lady to use the restroom she didn't say anything at first just gave me a dirty look and then said you should have used the restroom before coming. Clean testing center... Sweet women running the facility...they are fun, polite, very kind and extremely thoughtful. Place is organized and easy to be in. Lovely gals will register you, and another lovely gal will walk you in and seat you at a cubicle. She's kind and attentive... thorough and super helpful. She will walk you through the computer system and show you how the process goes and how to navigate the system in case you have to hit the " mark" button if you were to skip a question so it's marked for your revisit at the end... I took the CPJE exam in this location. When I submitted the exam, the computer freeze and log me out. They tried to help me for 30 min and it didn't work. They told me they would take care of it and told me to go home. I asked for confirmation and they said wait 45 days for the result. I told them I could call them for confirmation that they successfully upload my test and they told me dont call them. I called PSI everyday for confirmation. And they said I was absent from the exam. I requested the higher investigation. And after the week, they told me to rescheduled the exam. They didn't know how much effort I put on the exam. My residency program need me to have the license as soon as possible. All of these delaying from testing center can affect my career if I couldn't get the result on time. And they treat me like they didn't care. read more

The online testing center does not work. You will waste your money. They will say it is your fault despite the fact that you had their tech support set it up. This has now happened twice and they will not do anything about it. They hang up with you on the phone and have zero respect for others. They say they will get back to you within 48 hours and then you email for months with no response until you foolishly take the test again. The window crashed 30 questions in after a 35 min check-in screening. It's my fault they said and they cannot do anything about it. Just passed my state exam to be a certificated surgical technologist at this place. Wooooh! Very nice ladies working here who make sure there is absolutely no cheating at all! THIS IS FOR THE ONLINE EXPERIENCE First, the rules are different depending on which page of the website you happen to open. Yes calculators, no calculators. Yes scratch paper, no scratch paper. Super annoying. Second, I did not receive an email link for my test, so on the day of the exam I called support. Took them 45 minutes and three support techs to send me an email with a link. They simply couldn't understand what I needed and kept trying to get me to download anydesk remote access software. I did not need that, I just needed someone to send me a test link to log in! Lastly, I asked my proctor if I could use a calculator and the proctor said yes, an online calculator. I opened my Windows system calculator to start a calculation in full view of the proctor and they shut me down and ended my test. I got to answer only 4 questions. No help, no warning, just FAIL. Now I have to reschedule and repay. Such a crap system and no one knows how to help beyond reading their script. read more

I recently took my CALE (Ca Acupuncturist Licensing Exam) at this test center. The women who run the front office couldn't have been nicer. They were extremely professional and friendly. The center itself is clean and comfortable. They even provide new free earplugs, noise cancelling headsets and a mini electric fan at every test station. There are also free lockers for you to lock up your cell phone, purse, etc. You can leave a snack and a bottle of water in the waiting area and step out of the testing area to take a break - my test was 5 hours long, so this was greatly appreciated. When you make ur appointment, u will receive an email stating to arrive 15 mins early prior to the set time. Yesterday I took my exam. As I walked in I was not nice nicely greeted. The heavy set Hispanic lady said, " sign in and put ur drinks over here" well hello to you too. As I was a signing in, she said "if you ever have to come back for another test, make sure you're here 30 mins early" I thought to myself First of all you're rude, second of all, the info she just told me was inaccurate, third of all, if you're gona be rude, go to another job.. Then as I was putting my cell in the lockers PSI provides for exam takers, she said turn off ur phone, so I muted it and put it under "do not disturb" then she flipping raised her voice and and said "TURN IT OFF COMPLETELY!!!" I had the same terrible situation and no good out come. Do you all really want to hear the same things that this company can not do correctly, which is everything. If fact, I think they even damaged my computer. I was able to download and install their secure browser which passed they system check. The next day, my test day, I went to log on and the browser was not able to get to the test. A system error would occur every time. After a number of tries, I did the system check again, it passed. Still it could not get to the test. I moved on to tech support and then quickly deleted my installation but could not get it to load again, period. It sill will not. On to customer support, their solution was to schedule me for another on-line test. After 15 minutes of explaining it to the person, they finally got it that this would not work. Just took my MFT L&E exam today. I opted for the 11:30 time, as I wanted to give myself some time to wake up (I'm not a morning person). I put on some comfy clothes, and headed over to the center. Here are my thoughts and some helpful tips. 1. Building is very easy to find. You will see the number address "7888" on top of the building from the road. The front door was around the corner from where I parked, and it says "PSI" on the front door as well. 2. Parking is free. Other LA sites I have been to, I've actually had to pay for parking, so in case anyone else has had this experience, the lot is free and easy. 3. Temperature was perfect. They even had a little fan at your desk in case you wanted cool air on your face. I didn't need the fan, but it was kind of soothing to have it there. 4. They provide headphones and earplugs...i need dead silence, so I used both. Worked perfect for me. 5. Staff was very friendly to me. They asked me how I was, and were encouraging that I would do well on the test. Very personable in my opinion. 6. They do have lockers but they're small. They provide you with a lock and key. I left my bag in the car and only brought my keys and ID into the place. (I didn't use the restroom, so I can't comment on that experience). I will definitely return here to test again. Hope that helps, and best to of luck to you on your exams! PS: Keep in mind that they are a testing center so they may not have any other information about BBS related questions. I tried to ask about renewal and if I needed their letter/my registration number, but they said they didn't know. The girls that work there could be a bit more professional and friendly, considering everyone they are interacting with are freaked out because they're taking career changing tests. I would not give them even half a star. They are the most unprofessional, unethical and pathetic business. I had an online exam scheduled for October 30, 10 am. As per instructions, I showed up half hour before and began doing everything I was prompted. I was worried that if I didn't get into the system in time, they would cancel everything and make me pay all over again and reschedule. That's what their email said we cannot be later than 15 minutes. And I was on time and did everything as told, but it kept me on the screen saying the proctor is verifying my identification and preparing the exam and it can take up to 15 minutes. After about 20-25 minutes went by and nothing happened, I called PSI. At the same time, I tried to chat online with someone to help me. Non one replied online either. It took me one hour to get ahold of someone. Finally a lady came on the phone took the info and said she will transfer me to technical support. It took yet another hour to get ahold of the tech support. They kept asking me to close out and retry. I did that a total of five or six times. The tech guy, Reymer, Employee ID#201067, asked to remotely access my computer. At first told he me windows isn't compatible with their security system. I didn't see that info anywhere in the email they sent me prior to the exam. They should have let us know before. Anyway, he went on to say that windows 10 is compatible and we went forward. He again remotely accessed my computer to "help" me in. Then after another 35-40 minutes, he comes back on the phone to tell me that it is THEM WHO HAVE TECHNICAL ISSUES ALL ALONG!!!!!! It was all their fault to begin with. My husband had to take time off work to come and watch the kids so I am able to take the exam. After arguing they said they cannot and will not allow me to take the exam same day. I have to reschedule for another time and day. It wasn't even my fault. It was all their fault. They won't even stand for us to be even 15 minutes late and here they wasted my whole almost 4 hours and my husband's as wellmy husband cannot take off another day or they will lay him off. It's hard during the pandemic while people are losing their jobs and businesses. He can't take time off again for this. Especially when we aren't even at fault. I tried explaining my situation to them but they don't even care and only "apologize." I am an RA patient. Every single joint in my body is affected and in severe, excruciating pain 24/7 every single day. Early morning, and as the day progresses, my pain increases. After all the arguing the best they would do for me is offer an online exam for Sunday, November 1 at 10 pmmy body hurts so bad at that time. And the best of us are tired by that time and hard to focus. By the way, the lady who was "helping" me here, her name was Viva, ID#6799. I had no other option but to take it to get it over and because my husband can't take off work another day. I'm in tears as I type this because only I know how my body hurts and how tough times are right now. It's not fair that without being at fault we have to deal with all this. I ask how is this fair to us?? They had technical issues on their end. I understand it can happen we are all human. But the least they could do was offer to reschedule for the same day since it was their own fault. But no. They don't care for anyone. Now it's all up to me to work hard all day at home, get my chores done, take care of the kids, cook, dishes and everything else, study and stay sane with all the stress and pain I'm always in already, plus stay up late to take the exam and then wake up early morning for my son's class next morning. This is not fair. They should take responsibility for their mistakes. And correct then and make it up. Very utterly disappointed and upset with them. read more

Just finished taking my TEAS exam at this location and it was a good experience for me personally. The building was easy to find, the room was nice and they provided a headset, ear plugs, and pencils. The proctors were kind, courteous, and professional. The only thing I have to "complain" about really is the locked bathrooms. But I assume it's for a larger reason so I'm not all that upset about it. I just feel it's tedious for them to continuously unlock them for every person who needs to go. But I digress! The other little tidbit was one of the other testees was making unnecessary coughing and moaning sounds. I understand testing is frustrating but they needed to be more courteous of other test-takers. I gave my ID, was provided a locker, and waited briefly until it was my turn to sign in. The employees were all kind, calm, and friendly. My letter said to arrive to my testing site 30 mins before to get checked in. I arrived 1 hour earlier and they let me test then and there early ! Which was great because there was only 1 other person testing with me . Check in was very simple and the employees were very helpful and nice. Your score prints out after you take your test it's not displayed on the screen so I had to wait a few mins to see the results. The bathrooms are locked and you only get 5 mins or they report the absence to somewhere but they are clean. The computer and table they give you to test on is adequate and it has a little fan which is nice for socal. They had construction and they even offered to post pone my exam for me 2 weeks but I declined said I would be fine even with a little noise, turns out there was no noise it was very peaceful read more

I came here 2 days in a row to take 2 different exams. There is nothing remarkable about this place and the people that work there are just meh. The people that work there just give off a non-friendly vibe. They are not mean or anything, but they just seem like one of those people that doesn't greet or smile at you and treat you like you are not important at all. I came in the morning and I smiled and said hi, none of the employees here smiled or reciprocated. I had a learner's permit instead of a driver's license even though the learner's permit has my picture on it and it is state issued. The front lady kept saying she can't accept it. I didn't want to go back home to retrieve my passport so I asked her to call her manager to check. She did and and the manager said it was ok I can use my learner's permit ID. And the 2nd day I came here for a different exam, I bought the passport in addition to my learner's permit. But a different lady there told me that she needs 3 IDs. What?? Why do I need to provide 3 IDs? I kinda argued with her that a passport and state issued learner's permit pic ID is definitely enough. She replied that every exam has different standards. But I was never informed of this and it seemed very strange that even a passport is not enough for ID. If you just want to come here because it is near you and you just want to get the exam over with, then do it. But don't expect any friendly or stellar service. read more

Came here to take the SWE portion of the MFT exam. The place was very easy to find. The staff were alright - you can tell they are pretty "whatevers" with their jobs. Either way, they're there to get paid. The weather temperature was perfect. I wish you don't take your test with people who are sniffling/couching. Yeah, wish you the best. Either way, I will probably be back to take the second portion. Overall, a pretty straight-forward testing center. Can't complain much since it is the closest to my house. PLEASE STAY CLEAR OF THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!!!!! Horrible "customer service" and rude employees. This place is beyond over the top strict. I drove my wife over an hour to get to the testing site and when we finally arrived at the building which is a shared 4 story office building with the testing site inside a rented office space. My wife was extremely nervous and had to use the restroom BEFORE entering the testing office to register. The restrooms were located before the testing office. While I waited outside the bathroom one of the female employees from the testing office came out and asked if I was taking the test to which I replied no. I stated that my wife was taking the test today and I was waiting for her. That is when my wife exited the bathroom and the girl said in a rude manner that my wife could no longer take the test because she had committed a "security breach"????????? Are you kidding me? I didn't know that using the restroom involved having a background check first. Keep in mind, this is a shared office building for everyone to use the restroom. The girl proceeded to tell my wife that by my being inside the building(not the office testing site) she was committing another security breach.(Why, because I drove her to the testing site???) I explained that we had not even entered the testing office and also, I am the one who drove my wife to take the test. I then quickly left the building while my wife to no avail tried to plead with the I could careless female employee to let her stay and take the test. When my wife exited the building we called the number of the customer service that the employee gave my wife but it was just a recording. I told her that let's talk to her one more time and explain that there were no signs of these over the top strict rules on the outside of the building nor on the restroom doors. We tried to plead with her one last time and she called her supervisor by phone and my wife again explain everything that happened. The response from the supervisor was, if you do not leave immediately I will call the police and have you escorted out of the building and you will not be able to ever take the exam. I recently took my LCSW Standard Written Exam at this location and opted to start the test in the afternoon at 1:30pm to allow myself some time to lower my anxiety that morning. It is a very small testing room and the proctor who completed my registration and fingerprints was professional and informative. The other two must have been new or something since they kept on asking strange questions that hinted to me that it was late in the day and they wanted to go home early/on time. My test was 4 hours long so their actions later on confirmed the purpose of all the strange questions such as "you have been here before right?", "did you just want to start the test right away without the introduction?", coupled with walking into the room to look at my screen every couple minutes when I was the last examinee left in the room. There is a camera over each cubicle and they already made sure I did not have any contraband items on me, so the frequent check ins was rather distracting. I still sat through the exam until my time was up because it was my career, not theirs that was at stake. When they realized I was going to sit until the last minute, they proceeded with cleaning out the other cubicles, which was less distracting than the frequent check ins. Other than the intrusive behavior of the 2 proctors, this location is convenient for me and serves the purpose. Parking is sufficient. The GPS did take me around in circles a few times so I am glad I researched the area the day before. This center is located in the same plaza as the Social Security Administration on Mission Grove Parkway. read more

I work in the customer service field and was dissapointed to say the least in this facility. The gentleman that was there was ok. Not nice nad not mean. Just ok. the young lady that was supposed to be watching the testing room was more interested in her text messaging then watching the monitors for cheating. She was also boarderline rude. Didnt seem to enjoy her job. deffinitely wasnt a happy or nice person. I have to return to have my fingerprints done because after 2 different people attempting to do them, I was just notified they are not acceptable and I have to return to have them done a 3rd time.! this is delaying my licenseing process and I am not a happy camper. Absolutely Awful disrespectful service. I have completed forms because my benefits were disrupted. Had the fom completed & mailed via US certified mail. Dealing direct with a Supervisor but they've taken puffer two months to process which should taken only two weeks. Two months of calls, dozen msgs and ABSOLUTELY no response. Won't answer, calls, msgs out emails. Wow. Unbelievable. How blatantly disrespectful. We LITERALLY pay their salaries. This is A Govt office rep. A supervisor. It is a shame how they treat people. This office ifs embarrassing. I've even had two other reps try to help. Wow. Just mind boggling that they get paid to treat people so bad. This office should be investigated.
