They close after lunch hours (at 2pm I think) and reopen again at 5pm. I always get the same thing because it's so good I can't find it anywhere else. This almond tart is heavenly delicious!!!!! Sometime it has chocolate filling. Sometime it's some kind of berries filling. I love them all. If you like baguette, they offer the traditional one as well. (I prefer the regular one) Once you pick your pastry, it will be wrapped individually and I think it's really cute how they wrap it. I try to watch how they do that but they did it so fast!! Anyway this place is a gem you all should try!

They had a great selection and they always have such unique tasty flavors. Knocking off a star as while the staff was friendly they did exude a little bit of snobby attitude and could have been friendlier. It's broken down into 3 price tiers depending on the level of dessert you want. I went with the ultimate, which is their most expensive, and got their Secret Agent chicken hamburger with the fruits rouge cheesecake, and then just the Greenwich bagel sandwich on its own. I didn't really want to order a hamburger, but walking around the food court, most places were too expensive (Indian place next door was only a la carte for dinner) or had rude staff/no English menu (Thai place), so we settled on Factory & Co., which turned out to be a pleasant surprise. The Secret Agent burger was flavorful and the chicken was juicy, but the crinkle-cut fries, however, were dry, cold and needed heavy saucing (ketchup, not mayo). Their fries reminded me of Shake Shack. And for the bagel sandwich, their bagel "bread" was crunchy on the outside but soft on the inside. I'd say it was on par with NY bagels--definitely better than most bagels in L.A. Didn't realize this until after we ordered, but we could've ordered their sesame bagel intead of the original, but alas, the language barrier. The Greenwich was a delightful veggie sandwich with hummus as the spread and eggplant as the main filler, and tons of pine nuts. Now, for their cheesecake. I'll say this: I grew up with Cheesecake Factory basically in my backyard, but I really don't like cheesecake all that much (or should I say American cheesecake now). Perhaps it was the jet lag taking hold of my senses or the enticing fresh red currants (that we rarely ever see in L.A.) on top that called out to me, but I splurged to get the fruits rouge cheesecake. which is basically fresh fruit (raspberries, blueberries, blackberries and red currants) on top of regular cheesecake. Admittedly, it was a little pricey, about €17 total for the meal with just water and another €5 for the standalone bagel sandwich. Ended up taking the cheesecake back to the hotel. So good! Not sweet and had a nice creamy but dense texture to it. The crust was also nice and crumbly. The fresh fruit was also sweet enough. In the end, the cheesecake is definitely worth a try, and I'd recommend their bagel sandwiches.

A very large, and at sunrise, a very bright space. Service was quick. The breakfast menu had a decent selection, from croissants to American bacon and eggs. The cheese omelette was large and fluffy. And in Paris, breakfast is served with a salad. Also in France, when you're done, you will have to ask for l'addition. Service never rushes you through a meal.

The seating area is nice with views of the tarmac. I got scrambled eggs with streamy strip bacon (I believe that's a direct quote from the menu) - enjoyable. If you have the time to kill at the airport and the budget it's a good place to kill time before the a long flight back to the states.

Terrible service. I…read moregot a 15 euro voucher to use so I bought 3 pastries from here amounting to 7.20 euros. The woman used my WHOLE voucher without telling me. When I asked if she did, she couldn't explain what she did. So I asked her can I get more pastries or a coffee to make up for my voucher. She said absolutely not then her and her co-worker started ignoring us. Other customers were trying to help explain the issue, but the women working the counter completely ignored the fact that they spent all our voucher money. Selection of every kind of hot and cold food you can imagine. The "hot" food would be pizzas and pastas which you are welcome to heat up in the microwave and the cold foods range from sandwiches and wraps and salads to yummy desserts and drinks. There is an inordinate amount of salty snack goodness and sweet chocolaty temptation so make your selections judiciously and get out alive, so that you can eat your purchases in a leisurely fashion in T3 before checking in and going through security. Not a lot of choices in that terminal, either airside or security side, so M&S is your best bet, now that it's been fully built. You won't wait more than 5 minutes in line.
