Beginning and ending a vacation can be stressful. But it doesn't have to be. Rachel's team is a well oiled machine. They pick you up and drop you off in your driveway. You get communications before you arrive at Logan, where they will pick you up, a picture of the vehicle and driver name. You can't imagine how wonderful it is to get off a plane, grab your luggage and just step outside the terminal to find a member of Rachel's team waiting for you. If you are thinking of doing it yourself here is a reason why you should not. We ran into a family on our vacation that drove to Logan and find the parking garages full. They had to valet their car without knowing where it was going. When they arrive at Logan after their flight, they have to go to the parking garage and find a valet. And then wait for the valet to go and get their car and bring it to them. Is that how you want your vacation to begin or end? The brand new van offered a very comfortable, smooth and quiet ride and we had plenty of time to spare at the airport. Before departures Bill even offered a courtesy check to make sure we had all the important items like passport, wallet, phone etc. Arriving home, our driver Tony communicated his ETA and called us to confirm the precise pickup point even down to the inch. Tony was so nice and we had good conversation with him and again the van was super comfortable and clean. Tony even helped carry suitcases directly to the door. I appreciated that both Bill and Tony communicated multiple times in text with confirmations, ETAs etc. Sent photos of the vans well in advance with license plates which was a really nice touch, so that we knew exactly what vehicle to look for. Bill and Tony easily accommodated an itinerary with multiple stops which made our lives SO much easier and saved us from unnecessary driving and coordination. Everything was done via text/phone which is way better than dealing with a clunky website or corporate office. Price was very reasonable and very well worth it for the level of professionalism you get. We will be booking with Bill's Transportation Services in the future for sure.

I booked Austin transportation for 11 people to and from Logan airport. What a great experience it…read morewas from start to finish. The receptionist who I spoke to on the phone was so nice and helpful. I got a detailed email confirmation with all the flight times listed and exactly when the driver would be at my home/airport. On the travel days, I got a text from the driver introducing himself and letting me know the Time he would arrive. Drivers were both exactly on time. We were picked up in a big brand new spacious van with plenty of room for 11people and all our luggage. The driver packed all of the luggage in the van for us. They had a cooler of ice cold waters and sodas for both drop off and pickup. We had two different drivers one to the airport and another from the airport. Both were EXCELLENT! Very friendly, very accommodating, on time, and they were excellent drivers. They both asked if we were comfortable, if the ac was at a good level, what type of music we wanted. They just made us feel so comfortable. Absolutely wonderful experience. I am so happy I found this company because I have used many others in the past and none of them compare to the excellence of Austin. I definitely recommend this business and plan on using them for all my travel transportation needs.

Now when you search for a fare, you get many different options to choose from..... In the past several years, they have really focused on the surge/demand model, where a ride that could cost at low demand time $10, could be $90 at peak times....it's incredible !!! When we arrive at the airport and need a ride home, we open both Uber and Lyft to check both rates....also, I check for the bus schedule to see if the express bus is coming soon....and I also consider calling a cab. Cabs charge by the mileage, so they are a better option when dealing with Uber's peak time/surge pricing. Please do your homework. I always have the phone number of a taxi company on my phone as well.

You're at the mercy of them charging you even if you have credits and they didn't apply them. Getting a hold of customer service is difficult. You have to jump the hurdle of the chat bot and a live agent is only available over chat. The live agents rarely resolve your issue. I've had to go through my bank several times for disputes. It's exhausting and makes me anxious when I consider ordering transportation from them again.
