Long version: I contacted Starkey asking them to remove a two items too big to fit in my car. When the day came I was emailed saying they would be late, which I understand these things happen. Next I got a call from them saying they were a little turned around and not sure where my building was. I described it to them with landmarks and waited. Rather than calling me back they sent me an email saying they were "here" but not sure where I was (did they expect me to meet them outside? if so why not call me to tell me that they were outside? I would have met them happily, or did they mean that they still didn't know where my building was?). Ten minutes later another email saying they couldn't find a parking space. That's it. I emailed and called them back and did not get any response. I live in the center of downtown in a small town. There is plenty of parking here and especially at my big red apartment building that I described to them. No idea how they can claim to have been "here" (where is "here" exactly are you in town or at my building?) but also not able to find a parking space.
