I had this company for several years and each year we had different landscaping requests and they were continually half completed for example, we had a water line put in and the grass was over the cut mark was never reseed and fixed. Another example, we originally hired them to fix bare spots and patches and five years later they're still not fixed Lastly they trimmed trees drastically on our property that were NOT requested to be trimmed and mulched areas that were specifically asked not to be mulched and when we called to tell them, they quit. No remedy was ever performed. read more

We love our patio but it took a year and half to complete and the job was never truly finished since it was not sealed and the privacy border was not done. The patio is beautiful and their attention to detail is great but there is a severe disconnect with scheduling and lack of follow through on what they commit to. Deposit was done in May. Work started in September/October. Was told we would be first on list in the spring to complete the work and come end of August it still was not done and temps were too cool to seal it. We understand weather is a factor but we were told we were first on the list for spring and that clearly wasn't the case. IF I COULD GIVE THIS COMPANY NEGATIVE STARS I WOULD. Last year we had a worker from Great View slam into our retaining wall with his plow around midnight. When I noticed him putting pieces of broken brick back together and throwing snow over it to hide it, I started recording! I got the whole thing on camera (thankfully because Great View blamed it on one of the tenants here). I gave the pictures and video to my landlord and he chose to have them fix it and continue to work with them. Today, CHRISTMAS DAY, I went outside to see that my car was not only plowed in but the pile of snow was taller than my car and covering the doors as well. I called Great View to ask if they had come to our road to get to the bottom of if it was them or the city. Instead of helping, this man (who I thought was a worker because of his attitude) was SUPER rude. I asked to speak to someone higher up and was then hung up on. I called back several times until I finally got an answer from the OWNER ADAM and I asked if he was the one who hung up on me. He laughed and said "probably". He proceeded to tell me that he refuses to take complaints from tenants and I need to call my landlord to call him. I already explained that my landlord is in New York and I am plowed in and can't leave to see family on Christmas now. He hung up a second time. When I called and said that I was filing a complaint with the BBB in a voicemail, he called back within 5 minutes. I asked him as a man who "runs" a business if he thought it was okay how he treated me and can he understand my frustration being that it is Christmas day. This mother's EXACT WORDS WERE "to be honest, I don't care". I will be filing complaints and talking to my landlord because I do not feel SAFE having these people around my vehicle!!!!!
