Sean is very good at what he does. We contracted him to paint our single story house in Nampa. After inspecting the outside of our housee provided a fair estimate for the 3 colors we wanted. He started when he said and worked quickly and efficiently. He pressure washed, cleaned up, filled cracks, taped off and painted. He used a sprayer where he could but he was carefull not to overspray. He cut in with a brush on any areas necessary and they came out very nice. Although he was quick to work he would stop to talk and was open to small changes without ridiculous change fees. I am sure if you add work there will be extra cost but he will be reasonable. Extra work like two stories and multi-color will cost you a little more but I don't think you will beat his cost and quality. read more
