When AJ came out originally he didn't go into the crawl space to assess the potential leaking with shower tiles, but he identified our simple repair (or so we originally thought) actually has much more needing to be assessed for water damage. He ended up recommending a water damage mitigation company to come in and strip everything down that's been damaged, rather than just putting a bandaid on a larger issue. Very professional. The swing he hung is great! Stabilized and in a ceiling stud, so secure for my kiddos and safe. Reasonably priced for his time as well. Will have him back for any home repairs we may need in future.
