I initially booked one, then had to reschedule due to a work conflict--which I communicated clearly. He insisted I didn't need to be home, but I'm not about to let a stranger roam my property unsupervised. We attempted to reschedule twice more, but it wasn't aligning, so I canceled. Later, when our schedules eased up, I tried again. Within 12 hours of booking, I adjusted the appointment to Thursday of the same week--plenty of open slots were available, so I didn't expect it to be an issue. Apparently, it was. Cue the rude text messages. You're right: you run a business. And if you don't want mine, I'm more than happy to take it elsewhere. But if I'm spending over $500 to have my windows cleaned, I expect to choose a time that works for me--and to not be treated with hostility for doing so. Thanks again. I'll be sure to continue "recommending" your services accordingly. Unprofessional and unnecessarily rude. I can't speak to the quality of their service, but I can say the owner's behavior was shockingly disrespectful. Their website allows customers to schedule and adjust appointments, which I did--canceling one months ago and rescheduling again this week. When a mandatory training at my hospital conflicted with the new appointment, I immediately began rescheduling for a time that worked. Before I could finish, I received rude, accusatory texts from the owner questioning why I "keep canceling." If they don't want customers to use the self-scheduling feature, they shouldn't offer it. I was actively trying to rebook, not flake. The hostility was unwarranted and unprofessional. Even if their service is good, I won't support a business that treats customers this way--and I'll be sure others know to think twice.
