Others either didn't respond, dropped communication mid-way through or were just simply not kind (unreal). This was not the case with Jeremy. He was always prompt, thorough and respectful throughout the quoting process. Turns out this is very rare. Additionally, his pricing is fair and the bid was very clear, inclusive/complete and never changed throughout the process. We decided to go with Jeremy because of these things and could not be happier with the outcome. Every step of the process was outlined and followed. Jeremy was super easy to work with leading up to the project. He was more than willing to help us and work with us based on our needs. This was not "just another job" for them, and it showed. When Jeremy and Victor arrived to start our project we were immediately impressed. They were some of the best we have ever used. They were on time, respectful of our home, clean and truly paid attention to the details to ensure our fireplace was exactly how we envisioned. They didn't rush through just to get to the next job. You can tell that these two truly care and want to deliver the best job for their customers. I would highly recommend you give them a call. We already have our next project in mind and we will, without a doubt, be using Jeremy and Victor. Thank you both so much! We truly appreciate you!

Well, Jeremy and Victor are not your typical handymen/contractors. I don't believe you can find a better option to do your remodel/renovation work. When we submitted a service request, we heard back in minutes. Jeremy is an adamant professional and has a no-nonsense communication style. The work was completed on time, looked exactly how we hoped, and there was no haggling or talk of extra billing. Jeremy is a man of his word - something that seems to be rare these days. I will be recommending Tightlines Construction to all my family and friends.

Due to the high cost of these options, we contacted Tile Outlet and Granite and received a very reasonable bid to replace the existing shower with tile and glass doors, and add tile a tile surround on the tub. When the job was complete, we were extremely happy with the results. If you're interested in updating your bathroom, pass on those "one-day" shower replacement companies and contact the outstanding people at Tile Outlet and Granite. Tile Outlet and Granite offers impeccable design advice, great products, outstanding installation personnel!

My contractor picked up 83 boxes which contained 7 tiles, equaling 14 square feet. The total pickup was 996 square feet, not the 1200 listed. This was also evidenced when I ran out of tile. This also happened on a small order where I did the math for what I needed , added 10% for waste and was still 2 boxes short. The receipt does NOT show boxes, so you do not have recourse once you leave the store. Phil is argumentative, and although Marco seems decent, this has not been resolved so this is my PSA. This has cost me over $1500 in materials and trips back to the store for more tile. It was Florida tile so part of the issue is probably with the supplier too. Count the boxes AND the tiles. Sorry guys but that is the truth. Otherwise, good selection and customer service.

This was my unfortunate discovery with Bronco Carpets and Flooring, a business that seemed promising at first glance. My experience was marred not just by their digital absence but by a concerning lack of care and responsiveness to constructive feedback. I approached the business with the intention of exploring their offerings and possibly engaging their services. It was then I was assured of a website to browse through their selections and services. However, this assurance turned out to be unfounded; no website exists. This not only hampered my ability to research and understand what Bronco Carpets and Flooring could offer but also planted a seed of mistrust. When I attempted to provide constructive criticism about the importance of a digital footprint, especially in the modern marketplace, it was met with defensiveness and dismissal, interpreted as a direct diss on their operations. The experience left much to be desired. The inability to simply access a landing page or any online catalog of their products and services significantly impacted my decision-making process. In today's world, where convenience and information accessibility are key to customer engagement and satisfaction, Bronco Carpets and Flooring falls disappointingly short. The situation was further exacerbated by their reaction to feedback, which instead of being seen as an opportunity for improvement, was taken as an affront. Businesses thrive on transparency, customer service, and the willingness to adapt and grow from customer interactions. Unfortunately, my interaction with Bronco Carpets and Flooring was lacking in these areas. The misleading information about having a website, coupled with the dismissive attitude towards constructive criticism, are significant red flags for any potential customers. It's a digital age, and having at least a basic website is not just an added value but a necessity for business visibility and credibility. My hope is that this review serves as a catalyst for change, highlighting the importance of honesty, customer care, and the critical need for an online presence in today's competitive market. p.s. get a real website.
