I've been coming to this studio for a few months now - since April. I had been part of a lot of…read morestudios prior and I wasn't happy with them because of a few factors (distance, cost, lack of something necessary [cardio, better timings of classes]), etc. Before coming here I did my research, looked up prices, reviews etc. I then met with Katie Kickbutt aka Katie M at this newly opened location before taking my first class. I got the new student class pack and was taking classes before I knew it. Classes are great and so wonderful. They are challenging and the instructors motivate and encourage you to do your best and come to class as much as possible. They modify exercises in all classes if you have an injury. My favorite classes so far are Pound, Barre, and SparBarre. Next on my list to try? Pound/Barre combo and Strong by Zumba. I love it here, and truly feel like I belong at this studio. Sounds cheesy, but I do. I love the workouts, the instructors, and best of all, the atmosphere.

Katie and her Kickbutt team are awesome! I've been coming here for almost 2 years now, and I love…read morethat all the women are welcoming and friendly. We've really built a community in which we cheer each other on, and challenge one another to work out harder. I've never really exercised before Katie's, never thought I would pick up a dumbbell, never thought I would run a 5K or a 5 miler, never thought arm muscles were cool, and from going to Katie's, the ladies and her staff have encouraged and supported me to change my lifestyle! My personal favorite are her bootcamps and cardio kick classes. Katie Fitz works you out at bootcamp-it's never a dull moment between her circuits. She is definitely a challenge! And Katie Kickbutt's cardio kick classes are super fun-it's a mix of weights and cardio choreographed to cool music.

I enjoyed this facility. It was my first time. Coming from a commercial gym of the purple and…read moregold, this is like a luxury spa. I believe in the near future my group is planning to make a switch with a fam account. So walking in you have a nice concierges who check in your member and or guest. Everyone was really nice and accommodating. My brother has a membership and brought me to the second floor. They had all the equipment you'd probably need we did leg day. Lotta cables, smiths, assisted. Saw the basketball court (didn't see the pool) went to third floor checked out the spin cycle room and yoga studio. Went to the turf area for push sled and squat racks. Def has everything for the most part. Would come back again. Very spacious. Some of the machines seem to have quite a bit of years on them but as long as they work, it's all good. The locker rooms were huge, hot tub sauna and steam shower at this location, no cold baths that i saw. I think with the different tier solo and fam plans plus access to pool, hoops and unlimited classes, it makes sense it's cost, just wish it was lower like in some other markets (states) haha. Will be back! Thanks for the workout!

In August, before my sister's wedding, I booked an appointment at this salon based on a friend's…read morerecommendation. I was very specific about the techniques and cut I wanted and was assured they could handle it. When I arrived, I was told my appointment had been switched to a "more experienced" stylist. Her previous client was unhappy with her color, so instead of focusing on my appointment, the stylist kept going back and forth, working on that client's color while also cutting my hair. She completely ignored me, barely consulted with me, and kept insisting the haircut I wanted "wasn't that hard," as if I was making a big deal over nothing. The result was a terrible haircut that was not what I asked for at all. At first I thought I might be overreacting and tried to give it time, but months later my hair is still completely messed up and uneven from that cut. This was an incredibly disappointing experience, especially before such an important event. Terrible customer service and I would not return or recommend this salon

I was hesitant about writing this review, but I think it's important to share an honest experience…read more Lighting: The lighting throughout the gym is very harsh--extremely white--and combined with the white walls, it creates an uncomfortable environment. Lighting in a gym isn't just aesthetic; it directly affects safety, performance, mood, and the overall workout experience. Equipment Condition: A significant amount of the cardio equipment is not functional. It's frustrating to see equipment moved from the old location to the new one without being properly repaired. Many machines are in poor condition and need maintenance or adjustment. TVs: All the TVs display the same content, which feels repetitive and uninspired. It would be a big improvement to include a variety of options like music videos, workout-related YouTube channels, educational fitness content, or even news. Music: The music selection is consistently heavy metal, which may not appeal to everyone and can be demotivating for many members. Music plays a major role in workouts--it boosts performance, increases motivation, reduces perceived effort, and helps maintain focus. A mix of genres like EDM, house, pop, and remixes (typically in the 120-140 BPM range) would create a more inclusive and energizing atmosphere. Warm-Up / Stretching Area: The stretching area is too small and cluttered with unnecessary equipment. It would benefit from better organization and the addition of useful items like resistance bands. The current layout negatively impacts the overall experience. Safety Concerns: The hallways leading to the bathrooms are overcrowded with equipment and tools, making the space feel unsafe. In the event of an emergency evacuation, this could become a serious issue and would likely be flagged during a safety inspection. Functional Trainers: Many of the cable machines are in poor condition and need maintenance. Some have uneven cable resistance or mismatched thickness between sides, which directly affects workout performance and balance. Bathrooms: Basic supplies like paper towels are often missing. Additionally, signage encouraging proper use (e.g., not disposing of gum or trash in urinals) would help maintain cleanliness. Water Access: There should be a proper water dispenser for filling bottles. Relying only on water fountains is not practical for members during workouts and doesn't meet basic expectations for convenience. Front Desk Staff: The front desk staff could significantly improve their attitude. They are often not welcoming, which sets a negative tone from the moment you walk in. As the face of the gym, they should create a friendly and professional first impression for members. Overall: The gym has lost the strong bodybuilding atmosphere that made the previous location stand out. Right now, the experience doesn't match expectations. I would recommend management visit facilities like Mass Underground or Olympus Gym for inspiration on layout, equipment quality, and overall environment. At this point, I'm seriously considering canceling my membership
