Reliability is the absolute minimum requirement when you are trusting a company with the care of a vulnerable loved one, and unfortunately Green Staff repeatedly failed in that basic responsibility. Caregivers frequently arrived late or failed to show up at the scheduled time altogether. For families relying on consistent care, this kind of unpredictability is unacceptable and creates unnecessary stress and risk. When someone is responsible for the wellbeing of an elderly parent, punctuality and dependability are not optional -- they are essential. In addition to the scheduling issues, the level of professionalism we experienced from several staff members was concerning. Caregiving requires attentiveness, professionalism, and respect for the people and homes you are entering. That standard was not consistently reflected in our experience. Another major concern is oversight and accountability. The company itself does not appear to be based in the United States, which raised serious questions for our family about supervision, standards, and what recourse families have if something goes wrong. When you are allowing caregivers into your home and entrusting them with a loved one's safety, there needs to be clear accountability and strong management oversight. Families looking for care services should be extremely cautious and do very thorough research before hiring Green Staff. Ask detailed questions about caregiver reliability, supervision, and how problems are handled if staff fail to show up or provide substandard service. When it comes to caring for a parent, you deserve professionalism, consistency, and accountability. In our experience, Green Staff did not provide those things.

I started with another company that was affiliated with the hospital, they proved unreliable and created more stress than help. An employee at the hospital pulled me aside, explained she wasn't supposed to make recommendations, but she personally used Visiting Angels for her family. Not was she right. Simply put, I could not have asked for better support. Larry achieve was the coordinator in worked with, he made sure we had all of the help we needed. Caregivers were consistently good, extremely reliable, and very trustworthy. Larry checked in frequently to be sure we were satisfied. We were able to work together and organize in having the company I work for fill 34 bags for the ones in need. Jill and I played phone tag often but there wasn't a time that she didn't return my phone call on the same day that I left my message. The day that Jill and Barbara received the Vet bags, they were both very appreciative, kind and warm. If these 2 wonderful women are like this, I could Only imagine how the other workers are at the facilities/homes. I will definitely work with Visiting Angels again in the future.
