Instead of making the process smoother, every interaction felt unnecessarily difficult and stressful. What bothered me most were the judgmental comments she made, which were completely inappropriate in a medical office. As a patient already dealing with the anxiety and uncertainty that can come with seeing a cardiologist, compassion and professionalism are incredibly important. Unfortunately, I felt neither. Every phone call and visit left me feeling more stressed than reassured. Rather than helping resolve issues, I felt like I encountered unnecessary obstacles at every step. The front desk is the first point of contact for patients, and the way people are treated there can have a huge impact on their overall experience. I was a patient here from March to July 2026 and I spent those four months doing the office's…read morefollow-up work for them. It started with a prescription that never made it to my pharmacy. I messaged through the portal, nothing. Messaged again, got told it was sent (it wasn't, it filled only after I called and sat on hold). Then a medical device the doctor ordered never shipped. When I called about that weeks later, the explanation was that a fax must not have gone through. Then I came in for a follow-up blood test the doctor himself asked for, and could not get the results out of them for almost a month. Two portal messages, no reply. When I finally reached a human she told me the results were fine and that was that. The doctor who ordered the test never called. A pharmacy refill later sat waiting on their approval until, again, I called. Every one of those calls meant 20 or so minutes on hold. At one point the front desk had a different doctor listed in my file, which maybe explains some of it. I was eventually promised a call from the doctor about the whole pattern. The call never happened. The part that actually worried me came later: I requested my complete record and found that things he had told me in person, including a test result and his recommendation for it, were nowhere in my chart. I had to file a formal amendment request to get my own medical record to say what my own doctor said. I'll be fair where it's due, the clinical judgment itself seemed reasonable, and staff were polite whenever I got through. But polite doesn't refill a prescription or return a message. If you don't mind personally tracking every order and result and calling to make sure each one happens, you might be okay here. I moved my care elsewhere.

First off, the staff is very friendly, as you feel the warmth-- the minute you step foot to the office. Warm greeting with a smile-- that is my place-- because my running nose or my high blood pressure already got an assuaging remedy before the much needed medical one. This place also makes great accommodations. I work in the valley and because of the long commute, I get to my appointments around 6pm when they are about to close and go home. Yet I still get the same worm greeting at the door every time and the doctor after a long day work still sees me without a hitch. Arsine and David are so efficient and professional, great nursing staff. Dr. Baltayan is a delight to see and deal with in addition to being a great doctor. Her knowledge is astounding, diagnosis is always on point. She is very humble for a doctor, which makes communication comfortable. I have had other family doctors, who would see me for couple of minutes and move on to the next patient. But in this Office, the doctor listens to you and after diagnosing you, asks if you have any further questions and answers you questions. You are not just a number to them but you become part of the great family Dr. Baltayan and her great staff care for and treat without discrimination to race, creed or color of skin. The cherry on the cake is, when I walk in there, I see patients from all walks of life and races -- a true representation of our multi-cultured community. I truly look forward to going to my doctor's appointments, because they go out of their way to make my visit as smooth and pleasant as humanly possible. I have been a patient here for years and they used to provide excellent care. Unfortunately, in…read morerecent times the experience has declined. The practice has become overly automated, making it extremely difficult to get in touch with staff or the doctor directly. Their website, which previously allowed messaging and appointment scheduling, has not been functioning for months. On several occasions I have had to go to the ER or urgent care simply because I could not reach my primary care doctor--who is supposed to be the first point of contact. When Dr. Emil was overseeing everything, the service was excellent; he is a great doctor. However, without proper access and communication, the quality of care is lost. I have since switched to another provider who is actually available to answer a call when needed. I hope this office can resolve these issues and return to the professional standard they once had, rather than continuing the current trend of being unavailable and overcapacity.
