This apartment complex is a delight to be at! Brenda introduced us to the area, and she gave us a thorough overview of the apartment, amenities, and ground rules, and made me feel so confident in the area that I decided on it the same day. Samantha is very sweet and knowledgeable about the area and complex, and shows honest concern for the well-being and happiness of the residents. I have to give them both credit for being patient and understanding with me as I got my cat's information all together and amending the lease once or twice. They also honored a deal that was running at the time, which made me happy as I have been in other complexes that have rescinded their offers as soon as I signed on. I know that when I walk into those office doors, I can expect a friendly greeting and a quick solution to whatever it is I need. The complex is clean and pretty, we have reliable valet trash, there are all sorts of stores and restaurants close by, and having an Amazon locker for the residents is the cherry on top! read more

Good location, but apartments are overpriced. Management of often rude, and takes weeks if not months to respond to work orders even before COVID (fat chance of them fixing anything now). The most frustrating part is that you always feel like they're penny pinching you. I was towed by them twice - and they contract with a company in Austin, which cost me $300+ fees. The amenities just aren't enough to make this worth the price. read more

Im very proud to call this community my home. The property is always clean, the staff are professional and accommodating. More often than not, you see community leasing offices who do not communicate with their residents or those who want to rent with them. This is not the case. Their turn around time for maintenance work orders and communication at the office is quick. The apartments are well maintained and are open floor plans even in the smallest apartment they have. They host monthly community events and the pool is always sparkling clean. You can't go wrong. The bad reviews are people who have either not read their lease (a binding contract) or are unhappy with themselves so they take it out on the community which i find bizarre. But I digress. You'd be hard pressed to find a better place to live. read more

I just moved into Aria Plum Creek last week and I ABSOLITELY love it!!!! Samantha made the entire process incredibly simple and smooth. She went out of her way to help me get in quickly and easily. The manager Chase is also very nice and helpful!! I love the setup of the apartment and all the upgrades it has. The pool is fabulous and now is the perfect time to get in here. The manager is arrogant and difficult to deal with. I moved out in October because to renew my lease which I wasn't anyway they wanted to increase to market value. The dog waste is everywhere. I would have to email to get the dog stations emptied. They changed managers in March and nothing got done after that. The dog park gave my dog fleas and other dogs got sick. Whenever you try to use pest control you were told they just sprayed and nothing would be done. The trash compactor constantly breaks and it takes a call to code enforcement to fine them to get it fixed. I kept checking the portal when I moved out and it showed 169.00 balance. When I requested my final bill it was inflated for everything they could charge and I am being billed 653.00. The manager refuses to explain. I'm so glad I have moved. I would never recommend an Allied Orion property. Never never never. I can guarantee if the respond nothing is their fault. read more

I was satisfied under the old management but with current management I was highly disappointed and very glad to leave. I had a leak inside my wall that had black mold growing. They just had maintenance address it and who knows if it was properly treated. They should have sent a professional plumber. My microwave constantly tripped the breaker and I had to microwave in the dark to keep it from tripping. When I received my final bill I was charged for replacing the bedroom carpet because of 2 light stains and they didn't even attempt to get carpet cleaners. I would never recommend under the current management!!! There are too many new apartment complex's that would provide a better experience!! read more

In about the 14 months that we lived there, they changed management company's at least twice and changed out the staff just as many times. The apartments themselves are cheaply made and we could consistently hear our neighbors on all sides of us. The pool, while nice, is closed quite a bit with little to no notice. Same went for the grills. For the price there are better options in the area. read more

We absolutely love Aria to death! We've been here a little over a year and have had nothing but great experiences. Coming from the nightmare of student living, Aria has been a breath of fresh air. Our signing process was fast and easy, the apartment was perfectly clean the day we moved in. The grounds are kept up extremely nice. The pool is always clean and the BBQs always work! The parking lot is very bright at night and makes you feel very safe. You can't beat the full golf course view from our apartment. Very quiet. Kids playing outside is nice to see. Lots of green space to play. The staff is always available and happy to help. I could go on and on. There is not a better place to live in Kyle! read more

Having reach a somewhat advance age, and living in apartments for most of my years, I've seen many apartments complexes. Aria Plum Creek is the best - by far. While the apartments are luxurious, as are the grounds, especially the palm trees around the pool and BBQ areas, the managers are exceptional. They are warm and gracious. They get to know each tenant and make extra efforts to help their tenants, even when a problem is extraneous to the apartment. For example, they helped me when I had car trouble. The managers have character and class, and they make Aria Plum Creek into a wonderful home. read more

I wish I could write a less inflammatory review, as the property is rather new and the amenities expansive, but much of my experience at this complex has been deplorable. I was the first lessee of the unit I was given and from the very beginning of my time there the situation was horrible and the leasing staff did little to restore my trust or improve the living circumstances. I first ran into troubles with the insect problem, albeit I was understanding given the fact of the golf course and marshlands located nearby. There were three instances of roaches being found which was addressed promptly by the leasing office staff (as friendly as the girls were, usually they wouldn't pick up the phone and would frequently forget to book scheduled services or properly keep records; I had to provide my insurance information twice as they misplaced it the move-in day). However, things went south quickly. For almost a 2 weeks the dishwasher was flooding the apartment, I ran the dishes twice and after each attempt a vast pool of water would spray from beneath the sink. The wood floors then buckled after I cleaned the water. When the plumber was granted access to my apartment with maintenance after the first visit, I was not home on the second visit and they stole a 1300 dollar camera. I informed the office and they did nothing to help except suggest I file a police report, which I did. Then the next month I no longer had hot water as the boiler wasn't operating. They serviced it 5 times over a month long period of temporary solutions, and for the accumulated time of 2.5 weeks without hot water and my continuous grievances they offered me a $50 credit lol. That helps a lot when I could've been much more difficult and requested alternate accommodations for the duration of the habitat deficiency. At this point I could've involved a lawyer, but I decided against going through the trouble and instead will tough it out until the end of my lease. Management could learn a thing or two about customer service and adequately compensating their tenants for such egregious instances of comprehensive fault on their part. Additionally, I ended up declining their credit to clear any confusion. read more

RUN. The management in this place is unbelievably awful. Scherherzade and her staff will do everything in their power NOT to help you and take your money. We had *no air-conditioning* in our master bedroom all summer; after not answering us for weeks, they finally brought a dirty fan into our room while they tried to fix things. Never brought in an actual air conditioning tech, just the grounds maintenance guy. They were never able to actually resolve the issue (still no AC), but roommate overheard them talking about how much mold there was in the vents. Staff eventually came back into our apartment and took away the dirty fan, entering our apartment without our knowledge or consent. Who knows if they were going in and out while we weren't there. Once you're already a tenant needing assistance, don't expect to get any person to email/call back/answer the phone or find in person for any help - they will actively avoid your communication attempts. Horrible customer service, facilities are fine, carpet is gross, they let dogs shit all over the property, and anything that is broken will stay that way. Just tried to drop off keys at 2:30PM and *everyone* in the office was out to lunch? Honestly, there are too many problems to name. Thrilled to be out of this housing, good riddance. read more

I felt at home at Aria Plum Creek before I even moved in. They have great "model" apartments for you to tour so you can really see the space you will be moving into. The tour was great and all of my questions were answered with confidence, I honestly wanted to move in right away! Aria Plum Creek is close to everything in Kyle as well as just a short drive away from Austin. The inside of the apartments are beautiful and rent is very affordable for what you get! Signing my lease and moving in was a breeze and took no time at all. The leasing staff is extremely friendly and helpful, I am so thankful for each of them. I've only had a couple minor issues that I had to put a work order in for and each one was taken care of promptly and I got a call before they entered my apartment. The maintenance crew leaves a signed document stating exactly what they fixed and who was in my apartment, which I really appreciate. Most everyone that lives there is super friendly and I am never kept up by loud noises or people. A huge plus for me is that the apartment complex is gated and the gates actually work. I have friends that live at other complexes that always complain about their gates not working. I feel very safe living here. The pool area is super nice and there is a big area with two grills and flat screen tvs. There is a large dog park that is fenced in and a fairly good sized 24 hour gym. I highly recommend Aria Plum Creek! read more

Not worth even 1 star. Terrible customer service. I just toured Aria at Pkum creek with my son. This was the MOST AWKWARD tour that I've ever experienced in my entire life. From the second we walked in the office, the girl working was rude and acted as if we were incredibly interrupting. She did not seem to care that we were there, nor greet us by any means. She didn't even get up from her seat! She was in this hidden side office and we were searching for someone as we entered the office . We waited in awkward silence until she was finished writing whatever it was that she was doing. She didn't even care to ask what we were specifically looking for much less what our names were. My son felt uncomfortable with the silence on the tour itself. She acted bothered from the second we walked in the office. She was very rudely listing off different things on property and how much the amenities were...and I had no idea why. She never asked me what I was looking for specifically in my new home. She was extremely rude and I can't get over it. I wouldn't be surprised if this place had occupancy issues or other complaints. She's the reason why I'd never lease here. She was silent the entire tour! Who treats prospects like this??? AWKWARDNESS!!!!!!! She didn't even crack a smile the ENTIRE TIME we were there! Just a resting bitch face. Extremely offended. My son is 8 years old, he asked me when we left "why was that lady so rude to us?" I frankly said, I honestly don't know why she treated us that way but we will find out. It was so awkward. I'm not sure who hurt her or how bad, but she should probably leave the bitchy attitude at home next time . It's good for business. read more

So let me start off by saying this has been THE BEST management this property has ever seen and I've seen them all considering I was one of the first move ins a little over 3 years ago! Everything about this property and the management is 5 stars. They care about their residents and they care about their property. They do such an amazing job to make sure everyone is happy and everything looks amazing at all times! I lived in a 3 bedroom, 2 bedroom, and 1 bedroom here so I can confidently say that any of the floor plans you may pick are awesome and perfect and I kept transferring once roommates moved out because I simply didn't want to leave! Sadly I moved to south Austin and had to say goodbye to my amazing apartment with my amazing view and the amazing staff. I HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone I come across that is wanting to move to Kyle and I'm sure I will be back sooner than later! Pick this place! You won't regret it! read more
