The techs are great, 3 stars for them, minus 2 stars for their crappy customer service. Oddly, I called the Washington County Tax Assessors office to resolve a tax issue, Woman answers the phone and resolved my tax issue in under 5 min. the County manages 91,460 households but somehow a private exterminating company feels the need to use AI and 3 different people to complete a very simple task, unbelievable!

The first time was approx 3 yrs ago. I had some sort of critter living in my walk-in closet that chewed thru a $600 pair of leather boots which I kept on a shelf. They DID NOT find or eradicate whatever it was. I had to wait it out till the critter voluntarily left. That cost me $120 and was guaranteed tho I never received ANY refund. Next time was about a month ago. I was living with WORMS which crawled around my front porch every night after dark. Again no success in getting rid of this gross infestation. Unfortunately I'm an elderly female with a very weak stomach and merely looking at the gross disgusting worms often left me actually vomiting (that's also gross!). Bug Blasters sprayed to no avail. ($67 this time) That happens I'm sure a lot but here's why my experience with them finds me leaving a review. I never blamed BB for what happened; no accusations at all BUT following the treatment, my beloved dog, a shihtzu, almost overnight completely lost both her eyesight and hearing. This is totally breaking my heart as thru out the day and night, I lead her to her food dish and the front door. I walk beside her as she bumps into everything. If you're an animal lover, you know what this nightmare is like tho hopefully you've never experienced it. Tears are flowing just writing about it.
