Great and fast service. Came there to buy a radio, installed it in less than 1 hr and its way better than our old one. They're trustworthy and cool (: The price wasnt that bad either! read more

This post goes out to the General Manager Jeff Lynn, where to start.... hmmm this place is as good as it gets because everyone is extremely friendly and most important of all, they don't try to rip you off for your money, they actually tell you the truth. unlike some "stores" the workers are all shady saying you need this and oh you need that, which is pretty ridiculous, Jeff is a really outgoing person and he told me what i needed and what i didn't need when i had my sound system installed yesterday with my head unit. Everything came out perfect with a good price too, if anyone is looking for a good place to install subs, head units, or whatever you need for your car, this is the place to come! You won't get any deals better than this place and staff are extremely friendly. Thanks Jeff!! read more

I am not sure why others had a bad experience. My experience to tint a Toyota Matrix (5 rear windows, 2 front windows) was fine. Took a little while but the results were great and the car had a nice clean look with an improved experience in the car during the summer's sunny days. I definitely would not hesitate to return. read more

This place was referred by one of my good friend who had had 3 of his cars tinted here. Took my new C-class here last Saturday to tint my windows. I wanted the front windows, back windows & rear windows tinted. I was working with the owner Jeff for my order. They finished all my windows in 2 hours. When I went to pick up my car, it was already done. . We had some miscommunication on the color of the tint & it was darker then what I ordered. However, Jeff took care of everything. He was very professional, nice, and very cooperative. As a business owner I have to give him 2 thumbs up for his attitude & his work. Him & his stuff stayed until 9 PM to re-do all my windows so I don't have to bring it back the next day. He values customer services like no others & he stand behind his work. He kept apologizing for the miscommunication, & made me waited for another hour. He had smiles on his face the whole time, & not a moment of impatience. I am in Sales & Marketing business for 15 years. I've seen it all. I was impressed with Jeff. After one hour my car was finished and it looked great. The work was very nice. I didn't select the high end expensive film. I am sure my total bill will not cover the work & time that they took to work on my car that day. Jeff did what he needs to do & took great care of his customer. I will highly recommend Pro-tint to all of my friends, or anyone that want to tint their cars. Not only you get great workmanship, excellent customer service and the price is very reasonable. You will get what you paid for. I know if anything would happen to the tint down the road. They will take care & fix it for me. Thanks again! I am one happy & will return customer. read more

Quick and easy. I set up an appointment with Emanuel to add a tint to my car and dropped my car off at the appointed time and filled out some paper work that took no longer than 5 minutes. Got a call back about 2 hrs later and was able to pick up my car. read more

I just got my new car tinted at Pro Tint. This is the third car they have done for me. The previous times they came out great and that's why I continue to return. Jeff the owner has excellent customer service. He will take his time to go over the different tints. Jasmine was also very helpful. I will defiantly recommend Pro Tint. read more

It's so hard to find honest and reliable service for anything nowadays. My company needed prints and custom signs and Pro Tint delivered! Not only was it fast, but the quality and craftsmanship that Jeff(the guy that did the install) puts in his work is by far the best I've seen SGV has to offer. Seriously, I can tell(and hate it) when someone tries to B.S. me on a recommendation just to earn a few extra bucks, but I knew Jeff gave his honest and professional input when I had questions. I'm definitely doing my stereo and alarm install with Pro Tint next. read more

I'm a pretty picky person when it comes to car modification, and i am very satisfy with their work. I have them done the tint job and carbon roof for both my Z4MC and E60 M5. Even if anything should go wrong, they will take care of it for me with no question ask. Jeff is the guy you want to talk to. He's been very helpful and willing to spend time with his customers. I would recommend them to anyone who wants things done right at the first time with their ride. read more

10 stars if I could Jeff and family thanks for the outstanding service. Can't wait for a new car to do it all over again.

I have been wanting to make some up grades on my vehicle for a while and I've this places yelp reviews (all really good) so I stopped by. They were SO helpful. I knew I was wanting to get a navigation system and back up camera. But there prices were so reasonable I was able to do satellite radio too. They gave me a wide variety of price points to work with and discounts. I haven't had the work done yet, but I'm really looking forward to next week! Keep you posted. read more

I haven't been to pro tint in a while and it was nice to come back for some car audio installation. They have a new audio installer that is really good!!!!!!!! He definitely knows his stuff and takes his time installing to make sure its right. I basically am trying 2 sets of subs on a cheap 1000 watt amp and was asking about a good quality amp to replace it with. Based on a ton of information I am making a decision on what brand and model to get to suit my needs. read more

Great place! Had an issue and they fixed it right on the spot. Would recommend. Thanks Jim!

Normally, I don't make comments about a business unless I had a bad experience. I've had my brand new car tinted here. Though there were some damages to my brand new car, Jim and Jeff were very professional and willing to take ownership of the damages. Jim offered to replace the damaged part along with a discount for the inconvenience. For a small business, I didn't expect this type of customer service. There are a lot of business that can learn from Jim friendly and excellent customer service. Also they did a great job on the the tint. I would definitely come back and refer any of my friends here. read more

I set up an appointment with Jeff the manager when i got to Pro Tint he wasn't there but Jim was and he was very helpful in deciding what tint i should use on my Honda HRV I had the driver/passenger side windows done with the ceramic tint and the windshield done with the crystalline tint the only windows that weren't tinted from the factory.I only have one word for this tint shop they are absolutely the "BEST"!!! read more

Jeff exemplifies the meaning of great customer service. Had my Chevy Cruze done at his shop last year and was so pleased with the quality of the products they use and the exceptional workmanship that I went back to have the windows on my Suburban done this time. Jeff took the time to explain and show me what my windows would look like with the shade of tint I wanted considering my truck already had factory tint on them, allowing me not only to get a pre-view but have a great opportunity to assess whether I wanted to go as dark as I thought so. The end result - another homerun! Thanks Jeff for your time and taking the time to help me the way you did, and to your staff for the awesome work they do. This place is the definitely the place to go to if you want great work at great prices. Would not take my cars anywhere else. read more

Went to Pro Tint on my friend's recommendation, and Jeff and his staff lived up to their reputation. It's been a couple of weeks since my windows were tinted and they look great! I am definitely a satisfied customer and will be returning to Pro Tint with my future cars. read more

Pro Tint is awesome! They care about their customers. I walked in a week ago, and Ray helped me out and answered all my questions about different kinds of tint, pricing, and timing of how long it would take them. After talking to Ray, I got a good idea on the price of the best tint for my car and waited to decide where to go. Pro Tint offers competivive prices and the best products. So then, I walked in yesterday, and Chris came up to me and immediately helped me out. They provide fast service, and they are very courteous. It made process easy. I went with the 3M tint (highest quality) and it only took them 1.5hrs for the whole car. I was in and out in no time. I would recommend Pro Tint to anyone looking to tint their ride! :) read more

I must say, after having problem with one of my after market head lights due to a defected part. I brought imy car in at around 5 pm. And Jeff the owner worked on it personally until 8pm so I don't have to come back again. Talk about customer service. Price is reasonable and competitive, someone can always find it cheaper somewhere else, but I rather pay a reasonable price knowing these guys will take care of you and your car. So I higher recommend this place. One side note, if my review stays, I am so curious of why all the other 1star review about this place always mention about one of his competator down the street. Jeff is a stand up guy, just ask for him if you go there. read more

I will be simple and up to the point. I have 3 cars tinted there and they have been great in price and service. Tint lasted 16 years for the first car, 10 for the second before I sold it and I just got another tint recently. They haven't broken anything on my cars, except that they forgot stuff they took out from my trunk due to they don't want to get things wet. It's an honest mistake. read more

I decided to tint my Lexus is250 2014. The owner was pretty involved with customer service. He thoroughly explained to us of the products and what price he can offers. read more

Called and Steve picked up. Made an appointment for 3 and was serviced fairly quickly. Already knew what I wanted and it costed 240 for front and rear windows to be fully tinted. Left my car there and was estimated that 5:30 was the finishing time and they were pretty much on the dot for that too. It's been a week since and I can probably say its safe that they did an incredible job. No bubbles or anything. Would gladly recommend anyone to go here. My sister also tinted her Honda here around 8 years ago too so she says and she sold it to a friend and the tint on it still doesn't have any peeling or bubbles either after all that time. If you want professional, punctual, and great quality work then come here. read more

First of all, from a customer service experience, these guys really go out of the way to make sure you're comfortable with your purchase. They're not trying to up sell you crap you don't need. Jeff really took the time to explain things to me clearly and made me feel like I was making an educated decision. They're supposed to close at 6pm but he still took care of my car until about 7pm. My car looked fantastic. Only downside was when they were wiping down my passenger side window one of the guys must've picked up a pebble on the rag they used from the outside side of the window because there were long scratches that showed up on the tint. Having said that though Jeff told me to come back at my earliest convenience and they'll take care of it right away free of charge. It's comforting to know that should anything happen that's the level of service you're getting. read more
