My Jeep's back up camera went bad. Took to Pro Tint and they gave a fair quote. Problem was more extensive then just replacing the camera because of a water leak and short. Worked with Jeff and Jazmin whom were some of the most professional and polite people I've spoken with. They had parts delivered by Lyft because I could not wait days for the parts to be shipped. He felt bad and gave me a discount and willing not to charge me labor for the extra work. Rare. I insisted he charge me and I didn't want him to lose money. Happy to pay and work with this company again and again. Most people in this business don't care but Pro Tint does care for its customers. I'll be visiting them for more work. read more

Pro Tint offers exceptional customer service and also delivers quality on their work. I definitely recommend this place.

Super helpful and friendly. Had my Civic done here, and I don't know much about cars, so I don't know if the price was reasonable (if I recall, it was maybe $350-$400?) but the job is pretty great-- no bubbles or tears so far, and I like to put my windows down a lot when I commute. It's been two months since I had it done, no issues at all. Pretty satisfied. My car looks sexy now. B) read more

Excellent customer service. Have recommended to many people. They really do a great job making sure everything is perfect. I was also given recommendations on what type of tint to use. The price was very reasonable as well. read more

I had three cars tinted here because pro tint does quality work with reasonable price. The owner is a honest business man. He puts customer first. If there is anything wrong with the tint, he will do everything he can to make it right. read more

Had my last 3 cars tinted here. Jeff and his crew are top notch. I recommend anyone that wants to get their vehicle tinted to come to Pro Tint. My 2017 BMW i3 is one of the hardest cars to tint, and they made sure everything was perfect before handing the keys back to me. read more

A few years ago, I was looking for a place to make my 4 Runner ipod Ready, I was getting tired of all the static from the FM transmitter module thingamabob. I start to call a few local places, majority of them sounding mostly uninterested or too preoccupied to help a newb like me. I then called Pro Tint which was next on my list. I begin my spiel about what i needed and the guy who answered the phone actually sounded engaged and interested to help. Jeff starts to ask me questions, what kind of set up i wanted, what my budget was, and we started to go back and forth, after a few minutes of talking with this guy, I felt like he wasn't trying to bend me over and screw $$$ me royally. I make the drive down to Pro Tint, ask to speak with the guy that spent 15 minutes with me on the phone, without me having to twist his arm. Jeff soon comes out to greet me, and after talking with him in person for just a few minutes, I immediately begin to feel like i can trust the guy. I then find out that he's the OWNER of the joint, GREAT CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP off the bat. The guy that has been spending his precious time and taking care of me is the owner!? I really dug that. Jeff just has this warm hearted, intelligent, no pressure personality and aura about him. You cant help but trust what he's saying. And trust i did. Along with getting the ipod ready hookup, I also got an Alpine Touchscreen deck, Navigation, JBL subwoofer and amp, alpine speakers for the entire cabin, 3M Tint, HID lights with protective film, along with a few other things I've forgotten over time. This was all thru the course of 1 year. I pretty much pimped out my 4Runner. Yes, it was a good amount of dough spent, but not once did I ever have a speck of buyers remorse. Jeff was there along the way to recommend the right products to suit my lifestyle as well as my budget. He's also been kind enough to throw in the occasional discount here and there which i ALWAYS appreciate. I've since gotten married and moved up north, and was also blessed with a 2012 Black Dodge Challenger (The Sexy Beast), so my wife and I made the drive down to see Jeff and his crew once again. His hair is longer now, but I was happy to know he still remembered me. This time around i got 3M Tint, back up sensors, 3M protective film over the bumper, hood, side mirrors, and door scoops. The Professionalism and Excellence they did and continue to do on my car deserves a standing ovation. To give another example on how much i trust these cats; I literally leave my credit card with them while i take my wife to Disneyland for the day and tell them to call me when the charges are done. Its a level of comfort that I feel is rare in this business. I'm no big baller shot caller either, I make a meager $50k a year. Jeff, Gabrielle, Chris, Darren, Juan, Frank, (wished i knew everyone else's names), to the entire Pro Tint Family, I truly value your business and friendship. THANK YOU for everything! read more

overall yelp rating for Pro Tint does not reflect this shop at all. Ive been to many tint shops before and i finally found a place that will have my business from here on out. brought my cousin to get his tint done on a G35 coupe and Chris did an amazing job. very professional, very friendly, and very nicely done. and they even clean up the mess left behind! (not like the experience i had from another tint shop down the street). talked to Jeff about getting my dot matrix covered up that was done poorly (from another tint shop down the street). i asked him if they did vinyl tint which permanently black out the window but it gets rid of bubbling caused by the raised dot matrix. quoted me the price, brought my Accord in the next week and got it done. looks great, and i wouldnt change a thing about it. Jeff and his staff treated me with great customer service. i dont expect the royal treatment wherever i go, but as customers, we need to feel important. not being thought of as "get them in fast, get them out fast" (like how most people are treated at a different tint shop down the street) read more

I brought my 2014 ML350 to here for clear bra installation and HID. I have to say that I really like the customer service here. After I left the shop then I found that the right low beam was off because of the HID installation. I called Jeff, the manager, for solution. He told me to come next day, and he will fix it for me immediately no matter how many new customers in front of me. The next day I came, he really kept his word; he and his staff started to work on my car immediately. Finally, the problem was solved by changed another canbus and canceler. I was so surprise by Jeff's customer service. I believe he can take care of all the customers nicely. Btw, the HID light looks very awesome in my Mercedes. Thank you Jeff and the staffs. read more

Got my 2015 Hyundai Santa Fe sport wrapped up in SolarGuard Film just before a summer trip to Laughlin. It was absolutely worth spending the extra money to upgrade to this film. Staff was very kind and knowledgeable on products available. With demonstrations of types of films, shades of tint, and heat reflective properties. The solarguard had great heat reflective for the value, it was 124 degrees in Laughlin and my arms didn't catch fire while driving. My AC didn't work hard to keep the interior cool. The work was high quality and I would definitely return if I had another vehicle to do. read more

Jeff replied quickly and efficently when the hubby and I requested a quote and extra info on the types of tints protint provides. We shopped around a bit and got the best deals from Protint. When we arrived at the store we were given a demonstration with each type of tint and the gradation of tint available. It was cool because they used something like a heat/uv lamp(?) And placed the different tinted glass in front of the lamp for us to test the amount of heat that is blocked out. We deicided to go with the solargard ultra performance tint, and picked up our cars about 2.5 hours later. They did a great job, are professional, and worked quickly! Now whenever I get into my car it actually feels nice and cool; it no longer feels as hot as satan's butthole in this crazy summer heat! Thank you Protint for keeping me and the hubby comfy in our new rides! read more

I've lived in this area for 15+ years & 4 cars, never stopped by to check out their tint & audio services until now. I'm glad I did! On Friday, December 9th, I msg Pro Tint via Yelp about getting some quotes on tinting my windows. Jeff replied pretty fast with a list of prices. Since I was around the area, I decided to drop by the place. I had a chance to speak with Jeff and Emanuel about my interest tinting my front windows of my Macan S. They were professional, knowledgeable, and very helpful. However, I had to leave and did not have it done that day. So, I returned on Tuesday to get them done. It took approx. an hour for them to finish my car. When I returned, I did a walk-thru with Jeff. He spotted a couple of areas that needed a touch up. He fixed it and the car windows look great. The front windows blended in with my rear windows well. My experience with this place is nothing but positive. I highly recommend this place to everyone. On a side note, I learn that they also tint commercial and home windows. Therefore, I give it 5 stars! Now ask me in a couple of weeks from now and see what I give then...LOL read more

The guys at Pro Tint do not mess around. They are professional, skilled at their craft, and provide probably the best prices for high quality tint. I was helped all three times by Jim, who is one of the nicest guys you'll ever meet. I already knew which tint I wanted, SolarGard HP, but they can definitely help you choose the right tint for your needs and budget (e.g. 3M CS, crystalline). If you have old tint that you want removed, they can also provide that service for a very reasonable price. Each time I had my tint done, the process was smooth and the job was always done faster than expected. However, I do recommend going early in the morning, preferably when they open, so that you can get in and get out. Otherwise, you may have to leave your car there for a a few hours. But those few hours are not as bad as leaving it the entire day such as another shop near by *cough* ca tint *cough*. Thank you to Jeff, Jim and the guys who did my tint. Excellent product and service all around. Ill keep coming back. Helpful reminder: Remember to not roll down your windows for 2 days so that it can cure to the glass completely. read more

Very proficient & very nicely done..looks like I paid 10x more than I actu.. my car was in & out within an hr.

It puzzles me that there are so many negative reviews for Pro Tint here. I'm from the desert, where anything useful to preserve our car interiors and help the air conditioning cool more effectively is welcome. After negative experiences with my own local shops, I chose to make the 1:45 drive to have Pro Tint re-tint my 1991 Honda Accord's windows back in 2001. I was totally happy with the whole experience and have since brought them 5 other cars throughout the years. They most recently tinted the windows on my 1995 Toyota pickup, and I believe I chose a great product based on my decision after being shown the pros and cons with each available product with respect to my situation. I never felt cheated or disrespected by Jeff or any of his staff. Last year Jeff and his crew installed a clear bra on my 1992 Mustang GT Convertible -- a task that had to be formed from scratch because there was no available pre-made template. Sure, it took them a while to get it done, but I couldn't be happier with the results! read more

I gave these guys a second chance as i was really happy with the quality of their tint and install, and Jeff was very responsive to my previous concerns, so i went back there this past Monday and had my Fiat re-tinted. They did an awesome and clean job on my car! Staff was very professional and kept me up to date on the status of the install through phone calls. Jeff has obviously addressed my concerns! Thank you. Highly recommend and Will definitely be back again in the future. read more

Been coming to Jeff at Pro Tint since 1991 when they were in a tiny shop on Lower Azusa. They have done at least five cars of mine and more from my friends. The prices are fair but most important is the workmanship. No air pockets or any flaw! Even had old tint removed from my '90 civic and it came out factory! No damage to defroster grids!! Now that's care in their work. Ya, there are a ton of shops but I keep coming to Pro Tint because I know what to expect. Keep up the great work!!! Thanks again! read more

You get water you pay for. Not the cheapest, but work is great! Been dealing with these folks for about 4 years now. I'm pretty meticulous with my vehicles so I don't want the cheapest but I expect what I pay for to be good. If there's issues or complaints with work that is reasonable, they will back their work up. I'm a happy customer with that. Will return for more work in future. read more

Their prices were really competative compared to others. I got 4 other quotes before Pro-Tint and you will get the best brand product for the best price here. I've got several quotes from surrounding areas after speaking to family and friends and decided to go with Pro Tint. Spoke to Jeff through yelp and scheduled a appointment, walked in and was really unsure which brand/color to go with. Jeff then walked me through every step and explained what they can offer in terms of protection I wanted. Decided to go with the 3M ceramic all around except my windshield (has a crack, but will be coming back to get that done once I fix it) after talking and being educated on what fits my personal liking. Can't say enough how excellent their customer service is and knowledge about their product. With all that said if your looking to tint your vehicle and unsure of what you'll like. I 100% recommend Pro tint and will be sending everyone I know that would like/need tint their way!! read more

In this day in age, customer service is what makes businesses stand out amongst each other. Pro Tint has definitely nailed it! Jeff and I exchanged messages to discuss pricing and details. We had one phone conversation to finalize everything before coming in, and throughout the whole time, Jeff was as pleasant as can be. Super patient and super friendly. I was very comfortable speaking with him. I just had a partial clear bra installed on my brand new 2020 Toyota RAV4 and it looks absolutely amazing. Initially, when i picked up the car, I couldn't even tell it was there. The attention to detail is superb. All the edges and corners were done very neat and clean! I have the clear bra installed on another vehicle of mine that was done by another shop, and the quality of work is as different as night and day. I am so happy that I went to ProTint. Your staff is amazing! I need to give Kudos to Jasmine as well. She was awesome and fun to talk to. I will be back for my window tinting! Thanks guys! read more

I have been tinting my cars here for over 10yrs and the owner Jeff stands by his business, product and craftsmanship. I never have had any issues here at all thanks to his focus on quality product and service. Pricing is very reasonable considering everything together is A+. So don't look elsewhere to save some bucks and get poor installation and poor product that turn purple, peel, and/or bubble because that will definitely not happen here. Thanks again Jeff for being a PRO. read more

I don't usually post reviews, in fact this may be my first one. But I had to give credit to the Pro Tint team for their excellent customer service that in my opinion went over and beyond. First I dealt with Jasmine who patiently went over all the tint options, answered all my questions and gave great advice. I was very impressed by how knowledgeable she was, and how much human kindness she exhibited. Equally kind and knowledgeable was Gabby, who went over and beyond helping me set-up systems I'm too Old School to know about. Jose also impressed me with his expertise and ability to problem solve and make things work. Last but by no means least there's Jeff who pulls it all together! He helped me every step of the way, also helping order and making sure everything was installed properly. I've already steered friends and co-workers their way, as I will do with anyone that asks. I'm totally satisfied with my tint, sound system, and lights. One more time, thank you Jeff, Gabby, Jasmine, and Jose! read more

Friendly service, and was able to squeeze me in without an appointment. I am really amazed by Jeff's responsiveness and professionalism. He personally walked me through his options, opinions, and experience around tinting. I think I am reasonable, but lean toward OCD around certain details like tinting. I came here because I didn't want to risk getting something that would have flaws that would bother me for the rest of the time I owned the car, and Jeff & co. were very understanding. They addressed all my concerns, and ensured I was happy with the outcome, which I truly find is exceptional in this industry today.
