The dormitory was huge. There were 2 levels with a total of 12 beds in the dormitory. There was only a bathroom in the dormitory. However there are a couple of bathrooms located on the same floor along the corridor. The hostel was very clean and tidy.
There were no duvets, only 2 blankets. It was around -2C and it snowed the day before I arrived in Verona. There was only a small radiator on the upper level where my bed was. It was freezing cold! Never in my life had I needed to wear all my jackets and cover myself with blankets to go to sleep. I could not sleep. I kept checking the clock for 6.00am so I that I could leave this freezer room and take the earliest train to my next destination. Frozen song was also playing in my head! It was one of the longest night...
The hostel management switched off the lights along the corridors and stairs even before the curfew time of 11.00pm! Just switch them on when you are walking.

The property has a curfew beginning at 11.00pm and there is no lift in the building.
It was such a shame that I experienced a bad stay in the hostel. I paid €22 for a freezing night experience.
